They made a mistake and they fixed it. I had pizza rolls delivered, and they arrived with ranch instead of the red sauce in ordered. I was having a horrible day and really wanted my red sauce. I called them about it, and had seven cups of red sauce delivered in less than five minutes!

We ordered a large hand tossed pizza last night for the first time from this place. Pizza was under cooked and had hardly any sauce on it. Ceasar Salad was very good but the pizza was a disappointment.

Ordered a medium Meat Eaters pizza and two orders of 8 wings. Got home and here is a pic of the pizza. Where’s the meat? Yeah, we were hungry so we ate the mostly bread pizza anyway. I wondered if they skimped on toppings so they could load up on one they might take home later. As for the wings, I didn’t get 16 wings. I got 16 wing parts. Four were the “drumstick” parts and twelve were the wingette (mid-section) part. Maybe they save the better part of the wings for the same purpose as the pizza toppings. If I had opened the boxes prior to leaving I would have refused the order. The guy working the register also went back to help with the food. I did not see him wash his hands at the front sink. Double Dave’s was my favorite and we’ve done lots of business there but they might have just lost me. I shouldn’t have tipped.

Ordered a half and half pizza got everything I did not want on the whole thing..spent time picking off the mushrooms..other than that it was great and double Dave is my fav.

The service was slow because they were short handed. I was ok with that part. I dont mind a wait if there is good customer service. Sitting in the dineing room waiting for my 40 minute pick up. The manager was in the back swearing and tell another employee that they are short handed because his friends couldnt come to work. My thought was that it wasnt that kids fault. He was at work. I paid $29 dollars for a large stromboli and a sandwich. Below is the picture of the sandwich and the stromboli i had to finish cooking when i got home because the cheese wasnt melted yet. Hopefully this store can make some tough business decisions and improve from where they are at today.

Placed a delivery order for a dozen pizza rolls. Waited almost two hours, when it was finally delivered all of them were burned and barely warm. Called the store and they said we would get a store credit. They took my name and number, never heard anything back.

Went here on Monday night for the one topping pizza special! Went to pick up pizza and guy goes 21 and change and I’m like it’s the one topping special, regular pizza. Then he brings it down to 16 and I’m like no it’s only like 11 or 12. Guy was a rude employee and says I got two topping and I’m like it’s cheese with onions. He tries to say the cheese is a topping and therefore I have two topping and I need to pay. Also I only had onions on half of the pizza. He refused to bring it to the correct price and I told him to keep his pizza and walked out. Management needs to clean house and get better employees who actually care about their customers. Went to Randall’s and made pizza at home.

I rarely eat pizza, but when I get a craving it’s for Double Dave’s pizza rolls. The only downside is that they are inconsistent in the size of the rolls. At $2 a piece they should be a good standard size always and they’re just not. But they are the PERFECT answer for a pizza craving when you don’t need/want a whole pizza!

I been ordering from this location since I moved to the area a year ago. Last few months I noticed they put less cheese on pizza than what I ordered. Don’t bother ordering Double, Triple cheese… Your going to only get the normal amount of cheese regardless what you pay for.
