This location is NOT the good quality i expect from the other locations. Crust was dry and crunchy, the pepperoni did not crisp on the edges like the other locations do, and the sausage was like dry pebbles instead of the usually meaty chunks. The cheese is not the typical double or nothin’ style either. Make the drive to the other locations instead (chino/montclair/corona). Will never come here again.
AND they have a SERVICE CHARGE!? pffft. receipt still says Vitos Pizza, no wonder they failed. the pizza is terrible!

It was my first time trying this place, and overall, it was a good experience. There was a deal of a large pizza school promotion of $ 7.49. I added extra sauce with pepperoni & sausage. It tasted pretty good and fresh out of the oven. I will definitely try again. My overall score is 3 stars .

The pizza is good I will not complain but the women answering the phone just loves to hang up in the middle of the conversation. I called to place an order, based on their flyer menu (Philly cheesesteak) pizza. Raul, the man that initially answered did not understand me so he gave the call to the women, where she states that I was calling the wrong place so I told her that I am going based on the flyer menu they have. She covers the phone and I can hear her speaking in Spanish and hangs up on me. I called back and asked her why she hung up on me that I am a customer and that is rude, she goes on by responding, I kept saying hello! No! You hung up on me and that isn’t the first time…during the World Series the same women kept answering the phone “hello” and then hanging up! I understand if you’re busy but please learn some manners you have a job because of customers. If you don’t want to be there or you hate your job look elsewhere because “YOU” always have an attitude with ALL the customers!

Oh man the best pizza that Ive tried in years!After work is over I head to this place and order me a medium pepperoni pizza with ranch on the side and two cokes. The cheese taste soooooooo good and the pizza itself also. So after a long hard days work,specially on rainy days,this pizza place and its pizza really make the difference and is one of the best parts of my day.Also that its always fresh out of the oven and when I take a slice the cheese drips and the slice is so soft and good!love this place.

First and LAST time ordering here. The pizza was ok. The bread sticks were as hard as my wooden table.its like they had old ones sitting there and they just nicked them to warm them up so by the time we got them hone they were uneatable. The buffalo wings we ordered were Super super hot that we couldn’t enjoy them. The service was bland and flat didnt communicate well. I would call and complain but for what? To be offered another pizza , nah I’m ok. I suggest you guys work on your staff and teach then to work better.

So disappointed in this place spent 50 bucks on over cooked food stuff crust pizza that had absolutely no sauce on it and tasted like a chemical was sprayed on it, meatball sandwich that were as hard as a golf ball, the only thing that was good was the desert. Sadly it’s been 3 days and manager STILL HAS not responded…. I’ve called everyday and it’s like it’s not even a priority for customer service. I have kept the items to give back due to it not being able to be ate smh

Nothing, and I emphasise, nothing! good came from this place. Simply, and an absolute dreadful experience for a quick meal. My pizza was cold, one of kids (associate) in the back was on top of the counter where they make/prep pizzas, I’m assuming she was on break, the cashier told me they couldn’t make me me a fresh pizza because they had too many orders at the moment, she then forgot I was still waiting on wings because she never charged me for any, so therefore I guess I never asked for them? (when I did). I left the store and tasted one slice of this COLD pizza and failure struck again. The pizza was stiff, like a peace of thin cardboard, the cheese stale, the pepperoni hard and salty. I threw the rest of pizza away right outside their establishment, and went to Pirates Pizza, rather pay the extra dollar for quality than $5 at this filthy place ! For gods sakes it’s not even warm.
