Absolutely delicious. Ordered tonight. Regular pizza, breadsticks and a Chicken Parmesan Deep dish. Absolutely amazing. First time having a deep dish it was absolutely amazing. Regular pizza was delicious also.

I want to start by saying I do enjoy their food, we order from here usually once a week. Today, I ordered the veggie pizza and it arrived with sausage on it. I called and the male on the phone was very rude, insisting I was wrong about the sausage that he made the pizza himself. Our order was $60+ dollars, I would at least expect the decency to receive the correct food. After hanging up on me, they did send out another pizza. While I appreciate the modification, I feel there was no need for the employee to be so impolite on the phone.

I ordered an Itl sub on Halloween right before trick or treat. It was great and packed with meat. I also like the Italian dressing in the packets so it doesn’t get soggy.

I ordered two pizza’s and two chicken salads.
The salads may have been the worst I’ve ever ordered topped with cold fajita chicken that looked absolutely unappealing. Not looking for a call back or refund just letting other people know what to expect. Chicken straight out of the cooler on there salad. I assume they will respond with something along the line of “they don’t want wilted lettuce due to warm chicken”. I can assure you that every other place I order from grills the chicken and the lettuce is just fine. Maybe even consider putting the chicken on the side if you’re worried about the quality. I’m sure that most people would probably rather wilted lettuce than have that hideous excuse of chicken that topped their salad.

The food here is always good! We love pizza and tend to choose double m’s over the others in the area! My wife loves their white pizza! We’ve had their sandwiches as well! They have good deals to throughout the week! I highly recommend this pizza shop! The service is always great too! The people that work there are always cheerful!!!

I called last night to order two pizzas and for some reason my card didnt go through. I asked them to put the order on hold until I call back that I was going to call the bank but not to make it. A half hour later I hear a knock on my door and my best friend comes in from work and tells me the pizza guy is here. Im obviously super confused and explained to the pizza guy that I didn’t pay for it and that it was too late to get ahold of the bank and that I didnt actually place the order. He put the pizza back in the bag. I asked my friend if she had any cash on her and she said no. I said im so sorry but I cant pay for it. I feel so bad. He took the pizza out and said “You know what, don’t even worry about it.” And I said are yiu serious? He said yeah and made a hand gesture as if it was no big deal (I assumed because he knows they will just end up throwing it in the garbage anyways because thats what most restaurants do.) I said are you sure? He said “Yea its fine.” Then i said okay well ill try amd call tomorrow as soon as I get my card figured out and see if I can pay then. He said okay and left. I called four times last night to try and explain what happened to the workers and was put on hold for very lengthy amounts of time each time. Explained to the lady who I original talked to to oder but no one else.
Fast forward to today ..I receive a call from a lady named Andrea. I missed the call and received a very nasty voicemail insinuating that I intentionally stole the pizza and lied to the driver. ♀️ I go grab my wallet and call her back planning to pay for the pizza but instead get maliciously attacked with threats og calling the police and filing charges on me for theft as well ss calling me a liar because apparently the driver went back and told a different story. However, I have everything on camera from my rong doorbell and stated that to her and told her she was more than welcome to view it but then she yelled into the phone “Well Ill let the police handle that. They can take a look at it.” And hung up on me like a high school child. Mind you she never once asked if I could just pay for the food like I normal person would. So I call back four times with no answer, wait tem minutes and call again and she finally answers. I asked to speak to the driver who was supposedly standing with her but she would not allow that and asked for an email to send the ring footage to. Then also explained to her that I called back four times last night in attempt to rectify the situation (my friend was going to pay woth her card.)
Finally I asked if I could just pay for the order like I wanted to and of course she had no issue with thay, but im genuinely still waiting and wondering if the cops are going to show up here anyways. She was literally like the worst Karen ever so I can only imagine shes probably the owners wife but either way the customer service from everyone I spoke with from this company over the last two days was utterly despicable. IThey make several mistakes and I end up paying for it.
So bsdically….I didnt place the order…I told the driver I couldn’t pay for, so in turn, didnt want the order…he offered it for free and I still end up having to pay for an order that never should have come to my door in the first place. Smh. This place is a joke. I highly recommend taking your money to Marty’s Pizza in Donora instead. You gotta pay cash (why I couldnt order there this time) but its WELL WORTH IT! Nothing like the place. Customer service and food there are a 10 this dou ke Ms is barely a two. The food was mediocre at best too which just turn insult to injury lol. Take your money elsewhere!!! I promise you won’t regret it
