Came for breakfast and were seated promptly. Restaurant is a bit small. Only one server when we went . She did her best , but was pretty busy. We were given a free sample bowl of split pea soup, which was very tasty actually. Eggs were good, sausage was excellent, as were the pancakes. Bacon was a little over done, same with my English muffin. Prices are good, and all in all we had a very good breakfast.

Wow, just wow! We tried Double Egg on a whim and boy are we glad we did. We usually go downtown Geneva or to St Charles downtown restaurants for breakfast but holy cow this this is amazing! This was some of the best corned beef hash we’ve had in a long time and my Ole Skillet was the best skillet I’ve had from any restaurant in the area. Wonderful flavors at an amazing value! Will definitely be making this a staple in our breakfast spots. The food here was delicious!! If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor and do so!

Great Egg House! We brought our 4mo and were seated in a comfy booth. The servers and service was perfect for a Saturday morning; kind, attentive and efficient. One gentleman actually sparked a conversation with us and we later learned that he paid for our meal! Didn’t expect that at all. I think this place profiles the good folks in the area as well as the good comfort breakfast you would expect. We’ll be back! Thier skillets are big, two people could easily share.

This place has the absolute best chicken and waffles I have ever had. I have had chicken and waffles at different places across the United States. There is a famous place for chicken and waffles in Las Vegas called Hash House, a gogo, and it doesn’t hold a candle to Double Egg’s, version of chicken and waffles. I would bet that even if you didn’t like chicken and waffles and you had it here at Double Egg, it would become one of your favorite meals for breakfast.

After hearing about Egg House we had to go check it out. It’s July 2022 and they’ve only been open a couple of months. Three of us showed up on a Saturday morning expecting a wait. There wasn’t one. Egg House breakfast menu is big. The table service was impeccable and the food was excellent. Pricing is a tad high for traditional breakfast stuff, but no reason not to go. FIVE STARs for the Egg House.

I ordered the optional Nutella on the side ($2.50 for a small cup!!!!!) and it was delicious.
Our server, Brooke, was a dear. She was excellent at her job and couldn’t have been friendlier.
Definitely going to come back.

Absolutely excellent. Delicious food, good portions, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. Gluten free pancakes, toast, parfaits, omelettes. And free soup with meal. Highly recommend!

Service was quick. The food was great. Menu is creative but with classical favorites. We arrived at about 11 on Saturday and we were able to be seated right away. It is a smaller restaurant and tightly packed but tables turn quickly because of great service and speed of chef.

Just happened to see this place and stopped in to try it today. What an awesome experience! From the great staff to the picture perfect breakfast we shared! Try the strawberry cream cheese pancakes and gaucho skillet!! We will be back!!

I am in a wheelchair and they came and opened the door for me. The waitress even knew what my transfer board was and knew how to use it if I wanted to sit in a chair instead of my chair. Gave me a choice. Out with my parents.Super Awesome place for breakfast. Service was fantastic too. Lots of food and nice size potions. (Picture is a kids choice)
