We loved our visit here. So many delicious ice cream flavors and so many many combinations of goodies. They have ice cream, smoothies, pie, cookies, tea, coffee, sundaes, and lots of toppings. The atmosphere is comfy and neat too. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area!

We enjoyed our treats at Double Dips. It appears to be a popular fixture in North Platte. There are a number of ice cream selections, some looked new to me. There is a small dining area with tables and chairs. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The store looks clean and well kept up.

The ice cream here is always great and the slice of pie was HUGE. I asked for just a small scoop of ice cream so that’s why the ratio of pie to ice cre is off in the pic. The service is always wonderful when we are and they don’t mind you asking lots of questions. They are eager and patient to answer questions!

Best place in town to get an old fashion ice cream treat. Friendly staff, clean, rustic, and great ice cream. The cookies are excellent as well, perfect with some ice cream. No doubt recommended weather you’re alone or with your family. I always try to pay with cash and leave cash tips.
The reason I am making this review is from a recent visit. 3/28/21. That on a normal visit I would simply leave satisfied and happy with taking my family out for great ice cream and even better service. However this time around my 3 year old, ordered birthday cake ice cream with a sugar cone. She’s 3 and your typical 3 year old has a high success rate to drop the one and only scoop off her cone. She did. She was upset. Crying upset. Complete meltdown upset actually. They offered to replace the scoop and that was enough for me to be a loyal repeat customer. Not because they had to but because it’s a complete melt down for a 3 year old losing their ice cream. They fixed the meltdown and did not have too. Thank you double dips. Thank you, staff is excellent professional team players.

We love coming to double dips!! The staff is so friendly and polite it’s a very cute little space with lots of yummy flavors of ice cream! They have smoothies,sundeas, banana splits, shakes,malts, fudge, cookies, brownies and so much more there!! The Buffalo Bill Cody is my fav!! Must try!
