A GREAT CHILI DOG , SHE MAKES THE BEST ONE’S, EVEN BETTER THAN I MAKE, I KNOW I CAN BE A MESSY PERSON WHEN I EAT, SO I PUT THE THIS MACHINE IS IN USE CARD ON THE MACHINE , THEN I GO SIT AT ONE OF THE TABLES AND ENJOY MY FOOD , A LOT OF TIMES OTHER PEOPLE WILL ORDER THE SAME THING, BLESS TAMMIE, SHE SMILES AND GOES AND MAKES MORE CHILI DOG’S , OVER THE YEARS SHE HAS BECOME A GOOD FRIEND, SHE IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY, I REALLY LOVE THAT SHE MAKES SURE EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO DRINK AND ENJOYS. It’s pretty quiet like all video Lottery places but the cashier lady was very nice! And older lady with long hair and great conversation. This place seemed pretty clean and she makes a good cocktail with a cheap price! Came in here just to pick up a friend but wanted to check it out cuz I don’t gamble at all. But it was a nice establishment I just wish there was background music going on. Gets awkward

Cashier/ the only employee spends more time out front smoking a cigarette then at the front.. only annoyed because she sits and peaks thru the window like that counts as on the clock.. take a break/lunch and stay at your station/job until then.. seams silly to pay someone to stand around 70% and smoke 30% of the time.. probably a nice lady but if u can’t controll addiction then maybe the jobs not for you

Guy with dark hair and a beard asked me for id even though I’m 58. I was surprised and tried to compliment him for insinuating I looked so young that he had to verify I was at least 21, but he cut me off and told me to leave, saying he was tired of people commenting when he asks them for id. I tried to explain the context of my comment, but he walked up less than two feet away from me with no regard for social distancing and threw his chest out while giving me a hate stare. I know better than to try having an intelligent conversation with someone behaving this way and quickly decided i would never support an establishment that was paying an employee to act the way to me he was, being very rude and agressive. He lost a customer who was going to gamble about $100, and was further belligerent and unprofessional, screaming insults as I walked out the door. He had a very bad attitude and was looking to pick a fight. Folks like this do not belong working in the service industry, and I see why the place was empty with how he acted. I called corporate headquarters and they apologized to me for his actions, but i will still never go back there again. One star is too high a rating, but system here won’t let me go any lower. Beware!!

For a little background first, I had been going to this joint for years then one day one of the clerks mentions something about age, when I said I was probably older than she was. When I proved I was her senior by several years she was literally in shock (the old hag) . When I brought my pretty young wife in she nearly had a cow. Refused to serve me, tried offering my wife shelter, job, thought I bought her somewhere I guess. Her discrimination due to our age differences should have been settled in a lawsuit—but naw Renae you can just keep growing wrinkles while i njoy life!

Guy working didn’t seem to know much about the food preparation. I asked for a menu and he said he hadn’t been trained on how to make everything. I ordered a salad, a basic salad, and he said he didn’t know how to make it and he only had lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I said nevermind then ordered a bag of chips and a soda. He told me he was out of cups. Not very impressed.
