Local diner with homemade food. Eaten here half a dozen times or so. Today was Chicken Fried Steak w/ White Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, & Texas Toast. CFS was delicious… all the fixin’s were good, as well! Good food for a fair price!

The food was great! All meals included a drink! The service by Dede was excellent! They also have free beans and cornbread with every entree! It’s back by the salad bar. I got an entree with a side salad and grilled veggies. They brought me a bowl and you go get whatever you want from the salad bar! We will be back for sure!

I had a surgery over the weekend. Today was my first day being able to get out of the house. I placed a pick up order. The pickles were either hockey pucks or raw. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with curly fries. Got exactly the opposite. Grilled chicken and regular fries. I tried to power through it. I couldn’t even eat half of the sandwich because the chicken was so dry and tough. This place has gone down hill when it comes to quality of food and customer service.

MASSIVE burgers made out of quality meat and ingredients. Friendly workers and reasonable prices. My only complaint was that the slowest eaters in our party, my kids, got their food well after we had finished our food. Outstanding experience, though, all in all.

Ordered a large pepperoni tonight. Got home and opened it up and, while it does look good, and eventually ended up being a good pizza, it was noticeably undercooked, a little anemic looking. Put it in my oven for a few more minutes and it was pretty good.

Patty melt- no warning had jalapeños all over it. Who does that? Half the patty was undercooked.
Was charged EXTRA $ 5.59 for onion rings with a burger basket and ALSO with chicken strips.
AND, while hot – there weren’t but a few – for almost $6.00 an order!?
No discount even though baskets was to have included fries. Chicken was way overcooked and only warm.
Cinnamon twists absolutely not edible. So tough could not bite or chew.
Husband said hamburger was decent, but fries were limp and not hot.

Ordered to-go. Lady said 15-20 minutes. I was 8 minutes away. Waited 20 minutes..the order was just put in@!! Waited another 15 minutes!!
On the menu for a Dbl check burger that was about 1 year ago says $6.50 + .35 cheese.
About $8 ..no, it was $11.36 W tax. No fries. With fries was only $12?? So I took a new picture of a bad menu, make sure you are looking at the most up-to-date menu.

Visit was unpleasant. I ordered cheesesticks when we sat down and after 20 minutes I had to ask the waitress about them. Then when they brought them they didn’t come with marinara so I asked the waitress for marinara and she brought it to us ice cold. I ordered a Calzone and my family of 4 each ordered something else. My Calzone never came. There was only use and another table. An older gentleman was sitting towards the kitchen and the waitress sat and talked to him and folded pizza boxes and never checked on us so I could explain the situation. I finally just walked up to the register, paid then left without my food. I gave it two stars because the steak fingers were very good. I hope the owner can train the staff using this review.

I met the owner Sonny and he was a nice gentleman who has really done a good job with Dots place… they have breakfast now and at a good price , I love the pizzas and the chicken strips… the food and help are spectacular!
