Having opened in June 2018, our goal is to only provide the best we can get. Be it a whole Bluefin Tuna flown in every week, or the live seafood being kept in pristine cold water to keep it’s quality as high as possible. We strive to find and serve only quality seafood along with a quality experience. We offer a spacious interior with a modern design using traditional materials. The center piece of the restaurant being our 60ft long Sushi Bar. With Tables, Booths, and seven Private Room for seating, we are also capable of hosting any size party all the way up to 30 people, either in our conjoined larger rooms or a curtained off section of the restaurant.

My first time coming to this restaurant, just picked it from apple maps while I was driving home. This place did not disappoint. Service was great and friendly, food was very good. I order sushi and Sashimi also a grill mackerel. I sat at the bar so the the sushi chef even offered me his favorite dipping sauce for the mackerel off menu, that was very good. That was very kind of him. Overall great experience would definitely go back.

A nice Korean style sushi restaurant in Duluth. We went there for dinner and it wasn’t too packed. We were seated in a quiet clean room on the right.
Service was quick and accurate. We ordered deluxe sushi, mirugai, two amaebi, and three bottles of baek se ju. A lot of food so we took the leftovers with us.

First time experience at Doshi Sushi and it was excellent. We were promptly seated and greeted by the server. It was lunchtime and they had some great specials. When the food came out, the presentation and quality of the food was on point. We really enjoyed our lunch and would go back again.

We ordered the 5-person VIP meal for the higher quality fish, which is perfect if you love fatty tuna and similar premium selections. Personally, I enjoyed the individual banchan the most since I’m not a big fan of fatty tuna — but everyone else loved it. The only thing none of us really liked was the sea squirt, though you could tell it was still better quality than at other places. Also, the moving octopus might scare some for sure.

Doshi delivers! Shellfish are especially amazing, freshness you can taste.
Service by dining hall staff is impeccable, everything is provided before you ask.
The portion of dinner for four is large, my family struggled to finish 2/3 of all the dishes.

I traveled to Atlanta for work and a couple of my friends took to me Doshi Sushi for lunch. We ordered the Sushi Sashimi Combo and went with the Summer Flounder.
The side dishes which consisted of Grilled Fish, Grilled Eel, Spicy Squid, Steamed Eggs and Fish Roe over Rice which were all fresh and vibrant in flavor!
Paired with the great service and tasty sake, I had a wonderful experience here!

5 star!! Despite the high-priced menus, it is worth every penny. Two of us ordered 2-person sushi and sashimi deluxe. We got plenty of side dishes including fried shrimp, grilled salmon and many other things to enjoy. Servers are super nice. You get a quiet separate room for the meal course. You will not be disappointed.

Reminds me of my favorite sushi places in Seoul, where the dining area is mostly private rooms.
However, I typically visit here for solo lunch.
Their tempura is light, fluffy, crispy – the best I’ve had outside of Japan.
They also give you spicy sujaebi as a side.
