DosBros is a great stop for a quick, good bit of food. The ingredients are genuine to Mexican tradition. Very authentic. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is open and relaxing. Loved the spices and the ingredients are top notch. Very good place to get real Mexican food. A little spendier than a normal stop but worth the extra price for the taste!!

I ordered the family taco pack from DosBros that is advertised to make 12 tacos. The order came with tortillas, a small cup of chicken, and salsa, but no toppings. When I asked about toppings, I was offered a 4-oz cup of lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese that was supposed to be used for all 12 tacos. I declined the cups and planned to just go to the grocery store and buy toppings myself, even though I shouldn’t have to.
Before leaving the parking lot, I checked the bag and noticed the portion of chicken was very small. I asked the employee if she thought she could make 12 tacos with that amount of meat. She said she didn’t know because they do not measure the portions. When I asked her to guess whether it could make 12 tacos, she said she didn’t know and maybe.
The amount of meat provided would realistically only make about six tacos, and the toppings offered would not reasonably cover 12 tacos either. I ended up getting a refund and went to Salsarita’s instead, where they provided enough meat for the tacos and included toppings to put on them.

The quality of food has dropped dramatically. I used to love eating here, but unless something changes I won’t be back. The rice was terrible. It is now soggy Cafeteria rice. It lacks flavor and has an off-putting texture. The portions overall also seemed smaller. They started charging for chips too, it’s not a huge thing, but I think it went a long way to make loyal customers when they were included. I expected much better quality for $17. I could get a better meal down the street at a Mexican restaurant for the same price with bottomless chips.

As a long-time customer who used to eat here almost daily, I’m disappointed to share that my experience has declined significantly over the past year.
The tofu, which I always enjoyed as a vegetarian option, now lacks the flavor and quality it once had.
More frustratingly, online orders have become consistently inaccurate. I’d estimate about 90% of my orders include missing items or mistakes, often requiring a return trip to get things corrected. Add-ons like guacamole or chips that I’ve paid for frequently don’t make it into the bag.
I really wanted to keep supporting this local business, but the reliability issues have made it difficult to continue as a regular customer.

Used to love coming here, but the portions are smaller and they don’t offer the free chips with meal anymore? My friend was offered chips and queso and she said no. They didn’t offer her the chips that came with the meal. When she came with the food, I was very dissatisfied with the bowl and no chips. Last time I went, the chips were free with the meal and the portion sizes were fair. Got the beef option and just not worth the money anymore 🙁 especially when we didn’t receive our whole meal.

This really used to be my favorite place to grab a quick meal. It was always fresh, and portions were always huge, it was a great alternative to Chipotle.
But here lately they’ve gone down in quality. Meat isn’t fresh, and if you order online they’re GOING to mess your order up or forget some of your add ons. I asked for as much corn salsa as they would allow and received the complete opposite—NONE. Which is irritating when you’re specifically looking forward to it.
The time before that, it was like they mixed up what we wanted on each bowl, putting several allergens in my child’s food that was intended for MY order.
I guess from now on we’ll have to go in and speak slooowwwwwllyyyy and point to everything we want since they struggle with directions.
Go back up to your corporate standard for quality and customer satisfaction or be added to the long list of crappy food places in Oak Ridge.

The food was just OK. Chips were not very fresh. Guac was turning gray. But, I ordered online and selected 2 of the salsa options on my bowl. When I got the food home I had no salsa at all.

100% recommend Dos Bros! The staff are awesome. We had an issue with our door dash order and I contacted them and they were quick to fix it and were so friendly. We eat here often. The food is really good and always taste fresh. Definitely affordable to. The tacos are the best but tried a bowl tonight and it was as equally delicious.
Glad to have a place like this in Oakridge!

Doing doordash pic there and they were pretty good at getting things out fresh and on time for our clients.

I go here often and I love this place but recently I’ve had a rather bad experience. First off the girls where all looking at each other to see who would take my order, it seemed none of them wanted to take my order since they were talking to someone who appeared to be a friend or family member. It also appeared that they gave their “friend/family” significantly huge portions compared to everyone else in line and did not charge them for extra at all. It’s unfair to the rest of us who are paying full price and receiving signifciantly smaller portions.
