I am a DoorDash driver, and upon arriving to pick up my order, I was informed that I needed to obtain my own drinks. This situation is confusing, as our app indicates that the order is ready, yet if I have to prepare the drinks myself, I question how the order can be considered ready. Additionally, the staff members who communicated this to me were quite rude.
In the future, if I receive an order from this location while dashing in the area, I will choose not to accept offers from this establishment.

The spicy chicken was fire and it felt like a more authentic Chipotle. The owner was really sweet and the food was just fire. The locals said it was a staple of the town. Loved it.

This was my first time ordering from here and omg y’all went above and beyond! I mentioned in my order that I was having a rough morning and I was given the sweetest note AND free chips and guac. I went to dos bros they are really good
But here at this location which I’ve been before was just horrible experience.
They skimp you on the food and then when I ask for a lil more toppings catch an attitude.
I asked for more sour cream because I got a little line and that wasn’t enough. I get so more attitude then they hit be with more sour cream is going be extra. Never have I heard that from them or any other place. It’s not on the menu that that’s an extra charge either. The manager was rude and hateful. I will never be coming back to dos bros y’all need to train and do better with y’all stores cause customer service was not it.

Great fast-casual Mexican restaurant! I had the chicken burrito bowl and it was great. Tons of food, lots of flavor, no complaints. They were busy so the service was slow but the team was friendly and outgoing. This location has a great Chattanooga vibe. Try it out!

I used to enjoy coming here but after today I will NOT be going back. The manager’s attitude was VERY rude and nasty. My boyfriend and I eat here almost everyday, but she had a problem with me getting 2 small cups of hot sauce because I only had one burrito. She literally came over and took the cup of hot sauce out of my hand. I was very surprised, especially since they know I am a regular customer. I will not be going back!
