Dos Bros Mexican Grill is a clean, welcoming spot with fresh ingredients and friendly, efficient staff. I love that you can choose exactly what goes into your bowl, burrito, quesadilla etc so you get exactly what you want, and nothing else There’s plenty of parking, seating, and a relaxed, family‑friendly vibe that’s shouldn’t clean. Portions are large, so you’ll likely have some to take home. Great option for college students and anyone who loves fresh, flavorful food!

Not impressed.
Several dissapointments this afternoon. This was the first and last time I will be trying dos bros. I walked in and noticed all of the signage indicating the quality of the products; a good sign. But when I got to the counter and tried to comprehend the menu, I was met by an employee who made it clear she was not going to go out of her way to help, going as far as showing impatience that I did not immediately know what I wanted, even though it was 3:30 in the afternoon and we were the only ones at the counter.
I ended up with a carnitas burrito, and it was definitely a decent portion, however, these quality ingredients had no flavor, to the point that the meal became a chore to eat. For our party of 8 (3 kids, 4 adults, with pretty basic orders) the total ended up being $99. Definitely not worth it, should have just gone to the fast food taco place we passed on the way to dos bros.

I recently had a horrible experience with a different location while trying to order my food online for the Cleveland store. Manuel “Manny” was amazing in handling the situation. I come here usually 1-3 times a week, and I am never disappointed with the service or the food.
Great burrito bar, staff is always friendly, not as spicy as the competition, so for me it is easier on my stomach. I highly recommend them, especially if you are not into a lot of spice or have no gallbladder.

Prices are a bit stiff but competitive with their industry so I’m not really blaming them for their corporate greed. What I am blaming them for is that horrendous parking arrangement outside. I’d avoid this place unless you’re being dropped off because there will never be a parking spot for you so don’t even ask. Employees did a whole lot more than they needed to as far as customer service though, they were awesome!

The older woman seems extremely bitter. I go there often and it doesnt matter which part of the food process she is in she Deliberately tries to mess with you. Either ignoring requests or not pouring the full amount to wrapping it wrong. Next time I just complain to corporate

It took me forever to try this place but I love it! You get to build your own Mexican style meal (tacos, nachos, bowl, burrito, etc), then your protein, beans, rice, cheese, veggies, etc. I’ve always been happy with the service and quality of the food. You get a very good portion for the price and I usually take half home with me. The flavor is delicious! I’ve also had Salsarita’s down the road and it is not as good and doesn’t taste as authentic with smaller portions. Go for Dos Bros!
