I’m giving three stars only in that the descriptions here don’t match the reality i am seeing. Seating is limited to two tables and bench seating (10 chairs total). The restaurant is part Pizza Twist and part naan stop which is a little confusing. They still have the garlic Jims logo above the ordering counter. Don’t get me wrong, my food was good and price is right, just don’t believe the photos you are seeing. I would encourage the owners to update things.
Update: talked to owners and apparently photos are off the udistrict restaurant.

Firstly I really appreciated the staff being here late on a Sunday, they are rockstars for that.
Second I cannot recommend this place because it really doesn’t exist. This is a Pizza Twist, which makes great Indian pizza!
Thirdly when I was confused and saw the “Naan Stop” sign in the window and tried to order naan tacos the man running the register said they didn’t have any, but when I showed him the picture from the online menu, another worker said yes we have them. Amazing!
The tacos we received were… Imagine the cheapest frozen Indian food you can find. Microwave it. Put a single spoon of it, dry, on a small piece of naan. That is your Indian taco.
No sauce, no vegetables, no additions, no rice, ℎ . Bare dry taco with overly salted dry bare… butter chicken? That had no sauce on it?
The staff were nice but this place doesn’t exist. I wish I wasn’t gaslit into purchasing, @ 4$ a taco, from Pizza Twist, this feeble excuse for food. Made me sad to eat such a thing.
But the staff were nice!

The food is delicious! These samosas tasted so fresh and good. They have tons of plant-based options that I can’t wait to try! The staff was very nice and accommodating. I’m thrilled that they’re open late- probably my new fav late night spot!

As an Indian-Mexican couple, we are hard to impress. As soon as we stepped inside we saw a beautiful medley of our cultures, mixing & combing in ways we never thought possible. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming for a late night much. It’s Build-your-own, so it allows for flexibility. Good vegetarian options. We got naan tacos. Definitely recommend!!

I ordered food through Uber Eats. The food came packed in foil paper and was spoiled and stinking. The masala in the dosa was not fresh and smelled like days old and reheated.

This is a good surprise restaurant with twist of Indian ingredients with Mexican ( taco or Naan) or pizza. Reasonably priced too. We ate with family during our trip to UW for family day .

This place is basically Indian fusion food. We really liked the soya chaap burrito and the noodle burger. Pretty economical. The pizza is okay, but not that great.

garlic jim’s might’ve been good, but this is.. amazing.. this is every pregnant woman’s favorite craving. The crust is still amazing, reminiscent of old times. But the flavors where it’s at on these pies. please dear god go here, this deserves so much love. good prices too 🙂

This is my first time ever leaving a review before but WOW! This place should have more customers. My buddy and I tried the naan taco with mango sauce and was astonished how tasty it was and how Indian-Mexican fusion isn’t a more common occurrence. The customer service was wonderful and the guys explained to us what each item was. Definitely coming back!
