I had a wonderful experience at Dosabytes! The food was excellent, especially the dosa, which was flavorful, crispy, and truly delicious. I’m not Indian, so I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were in guiding me through the menu and helping me decide what to order. Their recommendations made the meal even better. The service was warm and welcoming, and I’ll definitely be returning with my family soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try tasty South Indian cuisine!

The cut mirchi as you can see has mostly just fried batter pieces and was sweet because it lacks salt! The red county for the samosa smells foul and tastes funny

Dosa Bytes is a rare gem in NJ for the south Indian restaurant category. If you want authentic taste remembering Bangalore or Mysore area type of food, then this will come close to your expectations.
Try all the items and you will get disappointed.
Good people, fast service, excellent taste and the right priced menu.
What else do you want in life?. Run , grab the seat and enjoy your food

Passed this restaurant many times and finally got the chance to eat here for a quick lunch. If you’re looking for a family type of setting, with good honest food, and reasonable prices, then I’d recommend it.
We got the medu vadu, and the batter had a bit too much oil on it. Overall the taste was good but needed a little bit extra salt. The sambar and chutney was tasty and had the perfect about of heat that complimented the vadu. Definitely check this place out for eating authentic Indian food.

Dosa Bytes is hands down one of the best spots for authentic South Indian breakfast. The flavors are fresh, traditional, and absolutely delicious — just like home. Their dosas are perfectly crisp, the idlis are soft and fluffy, and the chutneys and sambar are packed with authentic South Indian taste.
The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. Whether you’re craving a classic masala dosa or something unique like ghee roast or filter coffee, Dosa Bytes never disappoints. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine South Indian flavors to start the day right!

We went here for the first time, our usual dosa place is far so thought of checking this place for dosa. The food was ok, I mean just ok. There were no veggies in the sambar and everything else was just ok. We went there thinking this could be our to go place for dosa but I am sorry to say we won’t be going here again.

The place was amazing. The ghee roast dosa is off-limits. It’s amazing. I would recommend coming here often. Breakfast is very superior also. Not a lot of cost either. Best place ever.

Nice place to try authentic South Indian dishes, especially a wide variety of dosas at reasonable prices. The food is fresh, tasty, and not too oily. A great option for early risers as they open early in the morning, especially on weekends. Tried several types of dosas — all were good! Their cut mirchi and other snacks are also worth trying. They close around 8:30 PM, so check the timings before you plan your visit.

This place has the taste and quality of the food. The service and ambiance may not be exceptional, but the friendly staff make up for it. Additionally, you find the pricing reasonable compared to other South Indian restaurants in the area. However, you mention that the prices for sambar and coconut chutney are higher priced for extra than expected. Overall, we enjoyed dining at this restaurant primarily because of the delicious food it offers.

Real flavors of Dosa and Sambar as I’ve experienced in India. Best part, it’s consistent. Been going here for last 4+ years.
Plenty of other Dosa choices around, but for authentic taste, this is 5/5 as per my taste pallet.
