It was the best south Indian food I had in Europe yet! It scratched my itch of wanting to taste something from home. The best part was the parippu payasam they had as a replacement for the vermicelli. Also the filter coffee. The vada and the dosa were crispy and the chutney was good. It was a nice surprise to find this gem in Lucerne.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here not once but twice, with impeccable service from head chef Satish and Sai. We were a group of 10 people with a variety of dietary requirements, and they graciously acomodated our requests. We enjoyed everything we ordered, including: masala dosa, gunpowder dosa, puri bhai, dahi wada, veg biryani, uttappam, pineapple kesari, and gulab jamun.
Highly recommended and would come here again!

I recently visited Dosa House in Lucerne, Switzerland, and this place honestly saved me. After eating English food for almost 15 days straight on my trip, I was badly craving real South Indian flavours and Dosa House delivered way beyond my expectations. The moment I tasted their dosas, it felt like my whole system woke up again. The flavours were so authentic, so fresh, and so perfectly made that it instantly reminded me of home. The dosas were crispy, delicious, and absolutely mouth watering.
The service was warm and super friendly, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The ambience is calm, clean, and really comforting exactly what you want after a long day of traveling. And I have to say, the chef clearly has magic in his hands. Every bite tasted like it was made with real care, and bringing that exact South Indian taste all the way to Switzerland is no small thing.
The best part is the location. It’s right near the bus stop, so if you’re travelling on an intercity bus, you can literally get down and walk straight into the restaurant. For anyone visiting Lucerne and craving proper South Indian food, Dosa House is a total must-try. The food, the place, the whole vibe everything is just wow.
