All I can say is: Oh My Goodness! WOW! I bought one $2.00 taco because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but it was great! That juice from the lime wedge was so good that I forgot about taco sauce. This is chicken but they also have steak and assorted anatomical parts of the cow you can choose for your ground beef. They even have old-school Coca-Cola in the green bottle with sugar, NOT high fructose corn syrup. CASH ONLY – no debit cards accepted. Taco sauce is HOT & SPICY! So if you don’t like spicy sauce – like I don’t – get sauce on the side. Overall, great, authentic food!

I think I’ve reviewed Dos Hermanos at least once before. Again! This is the best taco truck in Birmingham! I’ve been eating at the 1st Ave North location Tuesday-Friday for over 15years.. get there early or expect a wait. The West Valley Ave location on the weekends anytime I work local. White, Black, Mexican, Asian.. broke people, rich people, overflowing with middle class construction workers, all people standing in line because the food is is great. Free pickled carrots and jalapenos are a must!! Cash only but worth every penny!
