The jalapeno sausage and cheese kolache was amazing. It was hot and the sausage had snap to it. The blueberry and strawberry kolaches were a waste tho. If you like bread with a smidge of flavor then these are for you. Just disappointed to have less than a tsp of topping on them.

Disappointed. I usually love this spot. Im assuming it was the owner working or manager. She made my drink wrong, and then when i got home half of my food was missing. She also had an attitude when taking my order and would cut me off when placing my order. I usually have great service here from the other workers. Super saddening and hope she was just having a bad day.

On our way out of Wimberley we needed a quick spot for some food before a long trip. A Google Maps search led us to Dos Gatos, which ended up being an unexpected treat. You’ll know right away it’s a popular spot because of the line of people. Coffee was great and kolache options so good, especially the blueberry lemon. Service was very nice & patient while we decided what we wanted. And prices affordable.

Wow! Love this bakery. The kolaches were fresh and delicious. So many to choose from. They offer a kolache of the day, today was chocolate, so yummy. I picked many flavors, the philly and the ham and swiss were both great. I also got the cheese flavored. They offer Czech and Texas style. Just go and see, you will not be disappointed. The pastry portion is so on point. We HAD to go back in to get some to take home and some to take to my Mom. Oh and they have a day old section at a discounted price, bonus points for them and us! The service was wonderful also. Very kind and patient.
