Facility very Mexican. Large dining rooms with many tables. Large separate party room. Staff friendly and cordial. Salsa for chips very spicy for us. Limited draft selection. Full bar with seating. Very popular place, we were lucky to find a parking spot. Bathrooms are well lit, picked up and clean for the most part. I did not find anything to rate any more than average 3 stars.

It’s a small place and easy to get to. The salsa was medium with a good favor. Chips were the thick type that I like. The cheese was plain with a lack of favor. The Michelada was really good spicy and the way I like them. The stuff jalapeño was way different than I’ve ever had not a fan of them. The combo fajitas are some of the best I’ve ever had so I would recommend them for sure

So many Mexican restaurants taste the same, not the case here. The chips and salsa was awesome. The Chicken Fajitas was loaded in flavor. I was blown away. Save your money, don’t go spend it at a fancy high restaurant when Dos Compadres is in town. Way more flavor to their foods.

One of our favorites places for lunch! Great chips and salsa! I had the child’s cheese enchilada and my friend enjoyed her favorite, cheese enchilada plate.

The restaurant was clean & the atmosphere was comfortable. The food was not as good as I remembered it to be. The chile relleno was only half a green chile, so it wasn’t filled, which defeats the purpose of the name. It was simply topped with cheese. The cheese tostada was nothing more than the melted queso poured onto the corn tortilla. It did not come topped with any of the traditional toppings like refried beans, lettuce, or tomatoes. It was very disappointing.

I had high hopes for Dos Compadres, but unfortunately, my visit left a lot to be desired. The service was the first letdown — slow, inattentive, and lacking the warmth you’d expect from a place that prides itself on hospitality.
The chips came out cold and tasted nearly stale, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. As for the enchiladas, they were honestly the smallest I’ve ever seen — more like mini bites than a main dish. Portion size aside, they lacked flavor and felt rushed.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I really wanted to like this place, but with so many other options around, I won’t be coming back anytime soon unless there are major improvements. The photo I’m sharing is of one of the enchiladas next to a chip for scale.

No mask required.. Presentation was nice and service was good. The green enchiladas were not great and the carne guisada was good. Flour tortillas have a homemade taste and texture to them. The hot sauce with the chips had a handmade taste and was fiery hot. Not a fan of their deep fried ice cream. Good place to have drinks as well.
