What a delightful experience. The staff worker together tending to the tables, kept drinks full, checked on our table regularly.
The food was on-point! We ordered the ground beef taco salad with shell (generous portion, with plenty of meat, great price),chimichanga with asada (Asada was nicely grilled with crispy caramelized edges and good flavor) & Pollo Con Crema (chicken was nicely grilled) Plus we got an order of the white cheese sauce to go with our chips. Let me tell you, the cheese sauce was so delicious. I literally tried a little on everything on our table Soooo delicious.

I rarely give a five star rating but this place gets one for sure. It is built into an older two story motel and from the outside you would not expect to find such good food. I ordered the burrito supreme carnitas with carnitas, avocado, beans and sour cream on the inside with verde sauce and cheese on the outside. The carnitas was so of the vest found here in treasure valley being crispy on the outside and the inside of the carnitas was very soft. The verde sauce is the best I have had her in the treasure valley being creamy but not that sour bitter flavor I have found elsewhere. I recons you try this small family owned and operated restaurant. It was a 30 minute for my home and I WILL BE BACK for some more great food and service.

Absolutely love this place! The pricing definitely matches the high quality food they serve. The staff is very nice, happy and upbeat. They place amazing mexican music and sometimes you’ll hear the waitresses singing. Their alcoholic drinks are fantastic! I’ve been here 3 times and have not been disappointed yet.

Absolutely amazing food here at Dos Caminos. Dont be fooled by the restaurant being apart of the same building as a run down hotel, this is some of the best mexican food we have had in the Nampa area. Highly recommend the ceviche as an appetizer. The presentation of the items we ordered was beautiful as well. We will be returning again. Thank you!

We Love this place! This has the best Mexican food in the valley. Only critique is that I wish it was larger and a little more updated. But we will continue to go there due to the nice wait staff and fantastic food any day!!

Certainly a peculiar location and the layout is a bit odd. But the food and service more than makes up for that. A short wait on a saturday evening. Service was quick, chips, salsa and beans were tasty, even got a refill on chips.
Fajitas and quesadilla were delicious. may have used a bit more spice, but that’s the only thing i would have changed. wet reasonably priced.
update from June 2025.. similar experience as before. Food was good, fajitas lacked some spice but meat was cooked to perfection. A bit noisy and expected on a crowded weekend night. The servers were extremely attentive and swift. Worth a visit, specially for the low price.

La Discada was extremely good. This is only the second place I’ve seen that serves it, even though this version is different then my normal spot, it is extremely tasty. Definitely a must try.

Food was good, what stands out to me is the proportion of meats. I ordered a maximo burrito with chicken and every bite had chicken in it. Everything tasted fresh. The only thing I didn’t like so much was that everything seemed a bit bland or didn’t have enough flavor in my opinion. It wasn’t bad it just needs a bit more seasoning or spice. Service staff were nice and attentive. Atmosphere, I have to be honest here, seems a bit like a dive bar but that’s ok. Prices aren’t cheap but you get a decent portion of protein for what you pay so it is a much better “value” than what you would at other restaurants that give you a bunch of filler ingredients. The restaurant is a bit out of the way but by far is one of the better Mexican restaurants. I would definitely go back again.
