I ordered delivery and it was my first time ordering. I ordered a chicken burrito and had no idea you needed to add your “toppings” to the burrito. They actually called me to verify I just wanted chicken and what a blessing! No, I want lettuce, rice……had they not called I would have received the most boring burrito ever! This is what I call going the extra mile! Miss Lorraine and her team served me up a fantastic burrito loaded with everything I could have desired! The food was hot and absolutely tasty! Way better than Taco Bell and the price was too! This burrito takes 2 hands to hold it I highly recommend you to give them a try! You will love it! Thank you Miss Lorraine and team! You guys rock!!!

I love the Eastridge Dos Bros! Enrique is always at checkout and literally makes every experience the best. Very helpful and kids and always has a big smile. Also has a Great staff and absolutely great experience every time I go in with my kids and family after a soccer match or just to get food it is great.

This place is brand new, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and the ingredients looked fresh. I got the Nachos with all the best ingredients, and all most everything is gluten-free. I frequently come to this chain when traveling because it’s a great meal and no cross contamination.

Server’s hair hung over my food as she prepared it. She later had gloves on while checking her phone and then used that same gloved hand to touch my sour cream as she put it in the container. She also wiped the excess back in the bulk container with the same gloved hand that had been touching her phone. Overall the sanitary serving practices were disgustingly lacking. She had no regard for cleanliness.

I stopped by after work, yesterday, and the two young women and the tall young gentleman were SO GREAT !!! From how they handled my order to their friendliness & professionalism I must say was SUCH a breath of fresh air !!!! Nowadays it is almost UNHEARD OF to experience kind, ATTENTIVE, ‘friendly’ & ENGAGING restaurant staff within the fast-food industry. My favorite restaurant i have ever been to. The taste is so delicious and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. This location is my usual one and never has disappointed. Entrees used to come with free chips and salsa which are delicious, but they stopped this for some unknown reason. I think I will go to the Shallowford location more often now because they are the only ones that do offer free chips and salsa which is a killer deal. That dos bros also keeps the chips warm which is a plus but these are sooooo good regardless. Strongly recommend

This place is absolutely phenomenal! Staff are quick and efficient with cleaning tables after customers leave during rush periods. Also very quick and efficient during rush periods. Staff on the line are very patient when it comes to language barrier! Bathrooms are very clean and taken care of! High chairs are available for your little ones! Plant decor is definitely phenomenal; very unique yet also simple and it gives a true natural nature vibe which I love! When you walk in, staff is very welcoming! Walking into this establishment is very inviting. If I could give this place beyond a 10 I would! East Ridge Dos Bros is so much better than the one in Cleveland TN. I will gladly spend my money here, it’s worth the time and drive!
