Did you know that an authentic restaurant is usually found inside a Mexican grocery store? dos amigos jax is one of those places, and it is incredibly authentic! My Mexican friend took me to this hidden gem, and WOW!!! Everything we ordered was amazing! They make everything so fresh and the homemade corn Tortillas were so so good! You can also find so many Hispanic groceries from the store. Worth the drive to check it out.

I have been here a couple times they’re always very friendly. But today, i had a door dash order and I really wanted some chips from the grocery area… so i called the store directly to see if they could add the bag of chips to my order and the lady over the phone took my payment on my card and assured the bag of chips would come with my door dash order! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dos Amigos that served the most amazing pastor tacos I have ever tasted. The pastor tacos were truly a work of art – the marinated pork was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and juicy, tender interior with FRESH PINEAPPLE on top. The tacos were served on warm tortillas and topped with fresh cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime that elevated the flavors to another level.

They have extensive menu including menudo, pozole, birria con consumé and the classic carne asada. Great prices and great portions!
I had the tripe tacos. Fresh hand made corn tortillas. Can’t get better than that. Came with 3 tacos. Great portion. First time I’ve ever had it dry but it was delicious with the salsa and fresh condiments on the side.
Live music on the weekends. They had a beautiful singer singing traditional music.
