The staff is understaffed and disorganized. We did not get a second basket of chips as requested. The staff is rushed and unfriendly. No one ever checked on us to see how our meal was. My husband asked for a bottled pop, but it was never given to him. They had put it on the ticket, so they just gave it to him to go. No one greeted us when we walked in and tables were left full of dirty dishes for at least an hour.

True tamales, not the knock off that everyone else has. It’s a must. Everything on the menu has been amazing and the frozen margaritas are worth it.

Went for a motorcycle ride, stopped here for dinner as restaurants were few and far between. Chips and salsa came out quickly and were delicious. The salsa’s hint of cilantro was perfection. The servings were plentiful and hot. The staff was polite. I would recommend stopping for a bite at this hidden gem.
