Named after the family matriarch, the DorisJ Green Chili Company features the family’s signature Green Chili recipe. This offers a taste that simply doesn’t exist outside New Mexico and Colorado and compliments their delicious bowls and burritos that offers a completely different experience then your traditional Mexican food. This is absolutely worth a stop and if you miss green chili like I did, be sure to take a few jars home.

Absolutely the best hands down. I am a food writer/photographer and with more than 2 million miles over the road I have never been able to pass up a food truck especially Mexican… and I’ve had some great food but this is gourmet…..like and symphonic experience – you hear all the separate instruments but it is one sound…”Clean”. You taste the individual ingredients but it’s translated like a whole experience of the perfect blend of taste and texture…makes you want to eat it slowly and the GREEN CHILI is bomb. Great graphics and logo…Going to bring my son up there when he comes here…. Best burrito I ever had.
