I would give a 0 star but then I couldn’t give a review. Placed an order today. Chicken wings and a crispy chicken sandwich combo. Chicken sandwich was a frozen chicken patty. Fries were stale and old. Wings were not cooked all the way. Whoever’s the new owners are they need to sell back to the old owners. The food was terrible and I will never go back. If you want good food don’t go here anymore.

Had a chef salad and it was really good, I’ll be going back for more. They have a good menu to choose from. Very nice people and a clean place. The highest rating from the health department in food service I’ve seen in a long time. 5 I’ll double that.

Went in on a Sunday at 1:30 , they looked at us as if we were intruding. They stated they close at 2 p.m. , we had no idea but needless to say we immediately left. There were 18 of us, I’m sorry you guys missed out on great Money and good tips. I’ve heard the food is good, Wish we could have tried it. I probably will give them another chance, because life’s about second chances and we all enjoy great food!

Last time I went I got the pork chop, baked bean and potato salad. It was really good. Today was a different story. I ordered the country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy and fried okra to go. Got home no gravy on the potatoes and maybe a tablespoon of gravy on the steak. The roll was hard as a rock. It’s the kind of roll that you don’t have to cook. It was like someone had put it in the microwave to long. Maybe it was just an off day I’ve only stop there twice since the new owner. I’m not in the area often.

Don’t know how the food is. Waited for 40 minutes other people came in after us got their food. Only my wife and I in the place for about 15 min. So I know they saw us sitting there. Asked where are food was and the kid behind the register said he doesn’t know he thinks they lost are ticket. Asked to speak to the manager and he came out. Said he doesn’t know where are ticket was. Never said sorry or how he could make it right. Just said the cooks went out to smoke and doesn’t know what happened to are order. So we left after 45-55 minutes of waiting. Service is horrible and not friendly not sure how the food is.

I’ve never had to wait for a seat. But you do have to stand in line to order. Sometimes it has been crowded and had to wait for a few minutes to order. You can call in for take out, or eat in. You sit yourself, and the food is brought to you. I usually have the catfish filet with two sides of vegetables and I love their Texas Toast! The food is always hot and delicious.

Love the food and sweet tea. Always hot and fresh. A little slow on the service, but that’s because they make it to order so that’s to be expected. Well worth the wait.!!. Highly recommend.
