Best breakfast in the region!! Very generous portions at affordable pricing, not to mention SO delicious. All the servers were so sweet and attentive, and all presented themselves really well. It shows that everyone here from the chefs, servers, owners to the locals put their hearts into this little diner.

We were in town for a wedding and stopped by for breakfast. It was the best choice. It was a cozy down home vibe. The staff were so polite. The breakfast was amazing. I got a classic 2 egg (over medium) with home style potatoes (they were seasoned well) – Do yourself a favor and add the gravy over the potatoes like I did. If I ever make it back to Mount Dora, I’m coming back!!!

Family friendly and you get to see the owner in action! The waitresses are happy and smiling waiting to serve you. I have started to brunch here a few times a month with my family. All breakfast dishes are wonderful and fresh. The coffee is great. My favorite are the gyros, absolutely delicious. All dishes have the options to be modified to your liking. If you are seeking to sit in a tiny place with diner vibes, this is it.

Down home simple inside. Limited seating get here early! Excellent food, better than waffle house/IHOP/ and cracker barrel. Fast service and really polite staff! Breakfast all day and good pricing with large portions! Best local breakfast place I been to this year!

Excellent food! We’ve had several breakfasts at the Dora Cafe and just went in recently for lunch. The House Special Stir Fry was delicious and was well worth the $15.95 charged for it. The staff works hard to make sure everyone enjoys their meals. Check the specials boards across the front… impressive! Looking forward to returning.

This is a go-to, unpretentious place for plain old good food along with some real surprise dishes that are as good as any out there (the teriyaki particularly). The waitresses are awesome, owners friendly, atmosphere is welcoming, and clearly is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. I plan on leaving behind some dollars here on a regular basis.
