Giving them a 1 because I ordered fried catfish but I got fried swai…. Yes I could’ve gone back but I was at home comfortable and didn’t feel like debating. Funny because on their menu there’s no mention of swai. So I can’t even say they may have picked up the wrong type of fish or I received someone else’s plate. I’m from Alabama…I was raised on a catfish pond so I know catfish and trust me it was not. No I didn’t continue to eat it. I don’t like swai. This was my 1st time trying them unfortunately I won’t be back.

I ordered a 12pc shrimp boil through Uber Eats that supposedly came with corn, potato and broccoli. This is what I received!! 10 shrimp and NO BROCCOLI with these miniature pieces of potatoes!! I called the restaurant and the manager was sooooooo rude! She provided no alternative options and told me there was nothing she can do.. I will NEVER order from here again!!

This place opened near my house so it was convenient… however the taste is so inconsistent…last week I ordered 10 lbs for the party, and it was soooooooo SALTY…..today, another party, the flavor is soooooo plain…….I loved Doo’s seafood, and this place was a good alternative since it was closed. But the quality is getting worse and worse everyday. Hopefully they can change.

My husband & i LOVE this place, we’ve tried all the other boil places around the area & nothing compares to the service! the food! & everything about this place. we frequent this restaurant at least 3 times a month. the owner? or manager? is ALWAYS so wonderful and greets us with a smile & great service every time we come in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I ordered from Grubhub and ended up spending $65 on one crab leg and a serving of gumbo. Order was under “make your own plate” and had a few side options that cost extra. Typically a “plate” that costs $35 will come with a few basic things like corn and potatoes- these are apparently extra and for my $35 I got one. Crab. Leg. Not that it wasn’t a good crab leg, but I would be ashamed to put this in a box and send it to somebody for $35. After the tip and fees, I could have paid a bill for what it cost to get this crab leg and a cup of gumbo from up the street dropped off at my house- never again!

I gave Four Stars simply for the food. Customer Service means a lot, your food could be good but customer service or a lack of will turn anyone off. As a business owner myself my only advice would be to properly train those who are working in the front. The food (especially the oysters was amazing) however you have to do better in speaking and connecting with customers. I noticed the reason that there is a low score for your restaurant it’s mostly for the lack of customer service. Also the price of your items are pretty good compared to most seafood restaurants in your area!

My husband and I are enjoying the Cat fish and Whiting fish. He also tried the Cajun pasta with shrimp and broccoli, he said, he enjoy it too. We will be eating there again.
