Amazing food!!! Had the rustico sandwich and a pasta that was only for the month of July. Both were excellent!!! Pasta was so good with mushrooms, pine nuts,sundried tomatoes and chicken in a garlic olive oil base. Portions are big so me and mymother in law split dishes. Even that was alot. Food is really good. Bread that sandwiches are made with is made there is so hearty and delicious. They also have a meatball sub my husband had that and said it was excellent as well. We also left with their fresh made cookies, which are huge and so yummy p.s. there homemade chips and lemonade was also great…can’t wait to go back and try more items. Also they are really nice and welcoming.

Got a large Spartan Pzza with chicken instead of shrimp; it’s like a margherita with chicken. Delicious! We ordered it via phone call and were told “15 to 20 minutes”. We arrived in 20 but were then told “about 10 more minutes”, which was a downer. Loved the pizza tho and will be back

Delicious gourmet food! First time visiting here, so I was recommended the parm meatball sandwich. I also ordered the tomato bisque and veggie sandwich! I am in love with the tomato soup as it tastes very differently compared to the traditional tomato soups. The parm meatball sandwich was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! Veggie sandwich was really good and fresh too. 4 stars for service and great food! It is a little on the pricey side but nothing too outrageous!

Doormet South Tampa serves food that is flavorful, fresh, and consistently excellent. The salads are crisp, the chicken club is perfectly done, the tomato bisque is rich and smooth, and the pizzas are spot on. It genuinely tastes like something your mom or grandma would make, the best kind of comfort food without the guilt. I like to eat in, but whenever I do take out the food is always fresh and hot. They do great catering too, especially for offices where it is always a fan favorite. The lemonade is great as well, and I love that it is served out of a pitcher so you know it is fresh. Service is always friendly and welcoming.

Wow, this was a spot shared to me by a fellow friend in an after lunch, destination, Miss Emma at the front help place my order it was very patient with me for the first time as I’m used to asking questions and receiving backlash but not here my appetizer wings six large were cooked to perfection and served with the Angola Sriracha sauce rethink everything you thought you know about spicy it was beautifully sweetened and the orange cup you’ll see on my plate with Gorgonzola sauce very sweet and it all tastes homemade!!! &’ FRESH!

The helpful counter gals were so nice and answered all my questions. As a newbie, I had so many questions! We sampled the soup which was amazing and had the Pizza pie that had shrimp & pesto.Wonderful!

Wow, hidden gem! Best food I’ve had in Tampa for months and I eat out a lot. Food is better than most high end restaurants with a cheaper price in a casual setting. I had the Giacomo (switched out tomatoes for red peppers) and Thai Curry soup on special. You can sit down and eat, despite what the name (marketed for delivery) made me think initially.
