Everytime my husband and I travel to Ireland, we make it a point to stop here along the Ring of Kerry for lunch or dinner, especially their Seafood Chowder! Its the best we have ever had! The views are spectacular and the other food options are incredible also. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered the seafood linguine (€26), which clearly states it includes prawns, salmon and mussels. When the dish arrived, there were no mussels, and there was no explanation given. I had to ask, only to be told they were “out of season.” That should have been communicated before serving the dish.
There was zero basic hospitality from the girl who served me, no offer of water, no salt or pepper, no check-in to see if everything was okay.
I requested if the price would be adjusted since a key ingredient was missing, she stated the fish is expensive. Completely unprofessional and lack of competence. First and last visit. I won’t be returning or recommending this place.

Wonderful and unexpected! We just arrived to Waterville and simply stopped there. The food was amazing!!! We had the chowder, the linguini, the hake with gnocchi… the seafood was just excellent! When you go to Waterville you MUST eat there!
Edition: I forgot to mention a negative point. The desert -a lemon creme brulee- was a total failure.
The savoury dishes were SO GOOD I do not remove a star but the desert was a real failure. No other words!

Didn’t eat but others in the group did.
Food was excellent and the pints were creamy.
It was afternoon so it was a bit quite.

Staff were friendly however the two of us were the only people in the restaurant and the food took almost half an hour to come. When it came the roast beef was extremely dry and tough and the ribs were the same, dry tough and difficult to eat. Unfortunate as we were looking forward to lunch.
