I got the Rib dinner (4 big ribs). Very tender. two sides I chose green beans and rice dressing. All was excellent. The owner sells his sauce in stores so get some on the ribs it’s awesome.

Went late in the day so I considered that before writing this post, overall taste of food was great but somewhat over cooked. Sides were simply delicious. Clean and we’ll kept with a joyous atmosphere.

Visited here last week July 6th, 2021 I got here about 30 minutes before closing time so I didn’t get to try certain things on the menu like the dirty rice but I ended up ordering a rib plate with 2 sides of green beans and a half sweet tea half lemonade. The green beans were deliciously seasoned with a bit of spice. They had potatoes and some type of smoked meat in them along with onions and bell peppers. These were not your regular straight out the can no touch up green beans. The ribs were very tender and full of flavor. They were just a bit too salty for my liking but not too the point that I couldn’t finish them. The has a nice sauce that compliments their meat but doesn’t over power it. The only thing I’d have to say is that I wish they gave at least 2 pieces of bread for the riv plate. The portion size was an adequate amount. I forced myself to finish what I did. The Arnold Palmer (half tea, half lemonade) was very refreshing and went well with my meal. It had just the right amount of sweetness. The service was very nice and they were very friendly especially the wife (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) she made me feel welcomed and right at home. I will definitely be back to try their beef, sausage, and wings.

Excellent food and service. We stopped through for lunch while traveling and had a great time. Our family of 6 was seated immediately and treated to sausage, brisket, ribs, and sides that all were amazing. I highly recommend Dooley’s to anyone passing through this part of Texas.

Best ribs I’ve ever had in my life! You don’t even need BBQ sauce… They melt in your mouth too… Ordering less than a 1/2 slab is just a crime… You have to try this place, don’t hesitate… We ordered BBQ for an event, and it was a smash hit! Everyone loved it and wanted Dooley’s contact information!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the food and the people.
Their meat is perfectly cooked, well smoked and properly portioned.
The sides are all good especially the rice dressing, reminds me of my Gmaw’s receipe. Always nice. I will be coming back regularly.

Bought sliced sandwiches but was a little disappointed ! They tasted fair but they were a little dry ! I don’t mind paying for food but at least give me 8 dollars worth of sliced brisket ! Maybe you will improve a business gets better ! I come from central Texas around Austin an Lockhart
so I know what great smoked brisket and sausage should taste like . I like mine with some of the fat left on it or as we call them moist brisket! ! Just saying !!
