Airport burger for $20 bucks that lacked flavor. I tried to order at the bar because I wanted to sit down and the short Hispanic woman with the bun who worked Friday 11/1 around 1:30 pm at the bar, had a NASTY ATTITUDE just like this NASTY burger. The way she spoke to customers was absolutely not appropriate! I wanted to get her name but she walked off while talking, and I didn’t see her after that. She knew she was wrong. Busy or not, I was just trying to order food. 0/10 work on the customer service and flavor of this $20 burger. The wait should not have been 25 minutes for a dry burger with extra crispy bacon. The fries were the highlight.

Yeah, I had to wait like 10 mins, but my sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was mind-blowingly delicious for airport food. I haven’t been pleasantly surprised like that in a while. The egg was freshly scrambled and the biscuit made me decide to write this review. I have no photos to share, because I smashed it.

06/21/24: Poor and very slow service. Cashier was very unfriendly and acted that she didn’t want to be there. Food took a long time despite there being no line or any order ahead of me. The burger looked good, but tasted flavorless. I didn’t realize the burger was a double patty and it was way too much. The fries were okay. I wouldn’t ever come back. Too many other places to choose from to go here again.

Food was great but I only ordered fries and boudin egg rolls. The egg rolls were bussin!! The fries taste like they are air fried instead of dipped in hot cooking oil. Elaine was the bartender and she was very nice & polite!! She was pretty much holding it down by herself behind the bar so I expected somewhat of a wait but there really wasn’t much of a wait. I’d eat here again, and keep avoiding the burgers all the other reviews talked about.

The lady working at this moment is super rude. We tried ordering digitally, but that didn’t work, and she watched us try while knowing . Then, reluctantly took our order. When i asked for a fountain drink, it didn’t work so got a bottle drink. Next, the bottle drink refrigerator is not working – all items hot, which she knew and didn’t tell us before we purchased them. When we asked for ice, she didn’t have any. Then proceeded to tell ppl in line about the drink machines not working. Just close this down bc the service and $20 frozen microwave burger sucks!

Very slow service. Ordered a Dook original burger combo. It came out super super burnt. Fries tasted like they been sitting all day, funky fish smell. I noticed they sell fried fish sandwiches.. maybe they use the same oil to fry the French fries… wish I had time to replace. Discussed with the management. They said that’s the way they all are. It was so burnt. I couldn’t even bite into it. By far the worst piece of cardboard I’ve ever had in my life. Very disappointed.. I was here last month also and had no issues ..not to mention the 30 min wait for a piece of burnt meat. not to mention the front staff have NO sense of customer service or friendliness

Was flying out of New Orleans in the evening after a funeral. It wasn’t even 8:30 and woman at the counter said she couldn’t sell us anything. We asked for a cookie off the counter and she said no, even though the posted hours are until midnight. I have no idea if it’s good or not but since I can’t access the food, this is a one star from me.

I ordered the Nola burger, it was damp and tasted like a plant burger. The lady who took our order was very coarse. Then she talked to her friend who showed up when we were trying to tell her what to order. I don’t recommend that place. We spent $ 40 and had to throw it away.

It’s a disgrace now and truly sad that all of a sudden you have to pay separately if you want hashbrowns with your breakfast. When the new terminal opened back in 2019 it would come with your order. It’s a damn shame. Do better.

Ordered egg/cheese biscuit.
Wait was very reasonable and team was friendly.
Happy surprise to find home-fries in with egg/cheese biscuit.
Food was hot & flavorful (biscuit was buttery and flakey!). Egg was good and topped with 1 slice of American cheese.
Stop here for very solid egg/cheese biscuit breakfast at a great price (not airport pricing!!) before flying out.
