I don’t know the name of the big white lady with brown hair that works the drive through window but if you guys want people to continue coming back I’d advise replacing her. My family goes here often for morning donuts. My brother in law was in the drive through this morning and the lady was extremely rude to him for absolutely no reason. My nephew wanted some sprinkles on his donut holes and the woman looked right at him and just said no. When they first pulled up to the window they got an eye-roll and “what do you want”. I’m not sure what kind of customer service you guys want to portray but I can’t imagine this is it. Whoever was working today when he drove through around 10 is the reason you’ve lost our business. We will not be back and that’s sad because we love the donuts.

Best donuts hands down and re-heatable breakfast sandwiches are amazing! My go-to is the boudin and the regular glazed yeast donuts. The croissant sandwiches are good too but my husband always goes for his favorite maple bars and breakfast tacos.

Quaint little donut shop, service is friendly and full on energy, I’d show you a picture of the spicy sausage Kolache, but I ate it, delicious. I did also have cream filled donut and also delicious. If you’re ever in Van Buren, this shop is close and walkable from all four hotels.

Went in here to get donuts, the lady didn’t acknowledge us. We’re asking to get donuts. She’s still on her phone. Finally, I had to ask her to get us what we asked for their bathrooms disgusting, no toilet seats mold around the backside, do not go there. You will not get good service or good food.

I walked into the donut shop with my service dog. Only one family was in there and the children were talking about my dog. I smiled and said thank you! I stepped up to the counter and the clerk immediately said to me “Don’t bring your dog in here, we have open food. I said quietly ,because I didn’t want to make a scene,”she is my service dog.The lady said again. “Don’t bring her in here again.” I didn’t say anything else just took my food and drink and left. I got into my car and open my cold Starbuck coffee and it had floaties in it. This was the second time I experienced this. The last time it had curdles around the rim. I told her the last time about this and she said “ that’s not my problem.”So I called the health department and he spoke with her. She failed to tell him I had a service dog. He said you can take your service dog anywhere. She had put a twist on it. The health director said, it really isn’t her problem. Really? I called starbucks main office and they said “If you bought it from anywhere other than starbucks, that business is responsible for a refund. Grocery store’s , restaurants etc. They aren’t trustworthy people. They need to learn the laws of our Land!I definitely would not recommend this place.
