Small eatery in a residential neighborhood. I had the hot ham and cheese and the turkey club. Both were very good, I enjoyed the turkey club a little more.
Have a variety of donuts, which are made daily. If you’re looking for donuts, I recommended going early, as their inventory seemed low at noon.
Sandwiches are made after each order, so if they’re busy it may take a while.
I didn’t get and drinks but coffee, hot chocolate, and lemonade are available.
Small dining area inside, which consists of a narrow table with bench on one side and a few stools on the other. Outdoor tables and chairs on a more spacious patio area.
Has a bathroom that was clean and adequate in size.
We walked from our home but plenty of street parking is available.

This is the cutest place – feels like home! Like one of those neighborhood spots you frequent with your family, take the kids after school or on the weekends. Really friendly, fast but attentive service, donuts were delicious!! We went in after someone brought a box to the office to share. I think we’ll be coming back often! Good outdoor seating when weather permits and some indoor seating. (And cute logo!!) Just a plain happy kind of place with delicious donuts!

Breakfast sandwich (with the homemade English muffin) was fantastic!! So fluffy and not overly greasy. Donuts were amazing! Unique flavors and super well executed. Vegan donuts also available. Great outside seating area and really cute interior.

Highly recommend!!

Tasty unique donuts and the nitro coffee was amazing! Egg and cheese sandwich was good despite pulling out a hair from it. We took our kids and besides the donuts, there was no children’s menu so we had to order an adult size sandwich for them. Very limited seating inside and unfortunately had no outdoor seating. Service was quick and efficient. This is located in a nice hidden spot among the quiet neighborhood!

Don’t go too late in the day or there will be absolutely no donuts left. Ended up getting lemon poppy seed and it was overbearingly lemony. Not my favorite but donut quality is high- want to try their other flavors. Their egg sandwiches are good as well but kind of pricey. Super small place but some outside seating available.

Donut Monster is a great addition to Whitefish Bay! Their donuts are fantastic but you must try their breakfast sandwiches with homemade English Muffins. Also their nitro Pilcrow coffee with oat milk is amazing. Highly recommend!

My first and last time coming here. The customer service was absolutely atrocious.

The cashier was simply rude to say the least. If you don’t want to service minority customers, then find a different job. She had that uncomfortable look of, just hurry up, stop looking at the donuts, just get out.

First, she didn’t speak AT ALL, only to state the total. After I HANDED her the money, I extend my hand so she can give me the change in the same manner. Does she? No. What does she decide to do? Place the five dollar bill and quarter on the counter next to the box and stare at me.

As if to say, get it yourself.

The next caucasian patron enters and look at that. She CAN speak. She CAN hand someone their box and change. WOW! Not shocked.

As for the donuts we tried the cinnamon toast donut, lemon poppyseed donut, chocolate stuffed with vanilla buttercream and s’mores fritter.

The dough they’re using is light and fluffy and has a great texture; However, due to the poor customer service it’s definitely not worth another visit.

Skip the donuts?

Arrived 10mins after opening on a Saturday morning. Two lines (cars & standing folks) – was 10th in the standing line. Orders taken equitably between the two. Took about 35mins total.

Ordered 6 donuts (chocolate buttercream filled, buttermilk OF with sprinkles, mixed berry cheesecake, salted chocolate, lemon curd OF, maple bacon) and the nitro cold brew special (honey & oat milk)

Really wanted to love these. The maple bacon and coffee were great, would order again (once the wait subsides). The rest of the donuts were not good. The old fashioned style are skinny, which looks different (artisanal!) but they were dense and dry-ish, flavors ranged from meh to inedible. The salted chocolate was inedible – bizarre not-chocolate-but-i-don’t-know-what taste. My husband, sons and I ended up not finishing them (unheard of).

The staff were efficient and kind, the storefront and logo are super appealing and local ingredients are what we’d all prefer…. but the donuts are disappointing. Seems like everyone is all about the sandwiches – will try those sometime.

Go to Grebe’s on Lincoln. Crueller, honeymooner, blueberry OF.

More like english muffin monster! Look at the thickness of that, can never buy store bought again. I’m not a stuffed donut person, but theirs are my preferred over their normal cake/OG donuts.
PSA chocolate peanut butter buttercream NEEDS to be on the permanent menu.

I wanted to try someplace new for coffee and a breakfast sandwich, so I stopped in here around 11:30 on a Sunday. By that time, most of the donuts and other pastry were gone. When I asked the girl behind the counter what the best time to come in was, she said 8:00 and admitted that most everything was gone by 9:00. Sometimes 10:00. Then, when they’re gone, they’re gone. They don’t make any more. This, I thought, is unfortunate. Still, the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was good. I loved how, instead of reheating some pre-packaged egg slice, the egg was made fresh in front of me. This made the sandwich a nice, hearty size. I also tried the Japanese Caramel Nitro Cold Latte, which is made with miso. That was really delicious, but I wished it had come in a bigger size. This is a cute place with limited seating, and if you want to sample all they have to offer, be there when they open at 8:00. Otherwise, you’re pretty much out of luck.
