Service – okay, felt very transactional. No greeting or small talk. Once we were done paying, the woman started doing something else and we awkwardly stood there before realizing our card checked out and we were good to go.
Donuts – also okay. We got there close to 10 and they were out of many staples. Only 1 sugar left and 1 sprinkled donut (excluding shapes and cake donut). I wish the taste could make up for the lack of availability but they tasted subpar. Not as fluffy or fresh as we were hoping for. My boyfriend ordered a couple of Kolaches and wasn’t impressed.
The shop itself was clean and cute.
Update 3/2025: This new ownership is not good, the donut prices went up and the quality went down! I got a kids juice today and my child noticed black particles in it, I immediately took it back, they told me to get another one but I didn’t want that brand incase I have the same problem and they won’t give u ur money back, she tried to charge me more if I wanted a different type of juice. She wasn’t rude about it but it was just the principle of it. Never going back there’s plenty more good donut shops in the area. $9 on 2 donuts and 1 juice is way overpriced!
When MY kid loves the donuts…it speaks volumes.
MUST stop by Donut Garden (except on Tuesdays, they are closed)
The blueberry doughnut he got me was also delicious and the kids loved their cute Spider-Man designed doughnuts.
Lots of tasty treats for four people at a good price.
