Best Italian food I’ve ever ate. The Manicotti is PERFECT. Great flavor, great portion size and very nice employees. Order also came very fast. I have ZERO complaints. Highly recommend trying Dons Italian.

Don’s Italian is always the perfect dinner treat! I usually get the Shrimp Alfredo and it is so GOOD! I always get an appetizer order of garlic cheese bread too, and its definitely a must try! I’ve eaten several things from here. Their steak subs, lasagna, pizzas, dessert, salads, burgers. Its ALL good! They have great variety and I’ve never had any issues or complaints. Really great local place to eat! Friendly staff as well!

There was a wait on Father’s day…said about 1/2 hour but they had us seated within 5 minutes. Awesome restaurant, great food, great waitresses, great cook! I 100% recommend this restaurant for great quality Italian food.

Very busy on Sunday for lunch today. Shortstaffed which was sad but in times so expected! Had tables cleaned after each customer left! That was good to see! I had Chicken Marsalis and it was so so good!! It came with a salad and garlic bread. I am extremely satisfied!! Will return for sure!!

While working here, it was toxic. The manager is very mean to her staff and treats them extremely poorly. She seems to be two faced when it comes to customers. Then with the staff she is rude, and stresses us out. she thinks people wont stick up for themselves and when we do she acts as if we were the problem. other then her lack of respect, the waitresses and hostess are very great people and the food isnt bad.

The owner really needs to learn how to talk to and treat staff way better than she does. No one should have to deal wt the way she yells and treats her staff. No wonder you keep the help wanted sign up in the window…. do better ! No,I’ve never worked there,have seen and heard how she treats them. Again,do better.

Probably no fault of their own coming out of Covid but they’re way understaffed. One gal upfront doing her best but it shouldn’t take 10 minutes to be seated. They had several Best of Rutherfordton signs up front but they didn’t win any awards tonight. Even so the chicken marsala was decent and the garlic bread was very good.
