Well tried to give it a chance since the new owners made it sound like it had improved so much. Was excited to try it. But. See the photo. Online information said they were open until 10:00pm today but it is 5:45p and they are closed.

$20 for a burger, onion rings, side salad and a drink? Portions were tiny for the price. Salad consisted of 3 ingredients. Like many other reviews here, my burger was cold as well. Why would you not make your food to order?? Would not recommend. Sign out front says “best burger in town”. Easy to say when it’s the only burger in town.

So went on their website today it says that they are open. Even scrolled down to see any menu updates. We had planned on this for dinner. Went to place an order it said that it would be ready at 1:55PM today. My husband went to pick it up and they are closed. Called no answer no voice-mail stating that they are closed. So they have our money which they charged to my card yet we still have no dinner. Finally went onto Facebook looked them up and their page says they are closed. Sad that apparently have to check Facebook before ordering food off of a restaurant’s website. If they are not going to be open their website should not be accepting orders and stealing people’s money. A simple update on their website stating that they were going to be closed all day today and yesterday would have been helpful.

$30 bucks for 2 Burgers, 2 fries, and 2 milkshakes….. The burgers were clearly frozen pattys that were scorched on a hot plate, the fries looked, and tasted like they were cooked in 3 month old grease and went salted, the milkshake could have been good if some vanilla extract had been added but it was simply a couple of scoops of ice cream and milk blended. Plus their restrooms were out of order, said the plumbing had frozen, and when ordering we was told that roughly 1/3 of the menu items were not available because they ran out… Also the environment… From the parking, or lack there of, to when you walk in you get flashbacks to being in jail, taking your food thru a bean flap with a tv remote and brick walls and the windows between the kitchen and dining need to be taken out, makes the customer feel like you’re hiding a dirty kitchen from the customers. Especially when you tell us your restroom is out of service… Leaves us to wonder what your doing when you need to use the restroom, and thanks for expecting us not to wash our hands..cant help to wonder that you probably are not washing yours ..
Would i go back, definitely not.

Nice little place a short drive from I65…we were heading north for Christmas and googled a place to eat…Don”s Diner came up…so we went the extra minutes off 65 and were not disappointed. We had the flat bread pizza. It’s a good feeling when supporting a local business off the beaten path of our interstate system away from exits..Glad to see smiles still exist…well worth the extra minutes off 65

Wish the burgers were better. Onion rings were great, shakes are delish and their cheese fries are yummy! Just the burgers….perfectly round, straight out of a box, frozen patties.

When they first opened up food was amazing. Today the fried pickles and taco salad had way to much salt on them and I had to throw them away and my burger was cold when I got it. I will not be going back
