Great atmosphere, karaoke, billiards and darts. Good music. Some of the beer was out of stock, but the bartender offered us to try other varieties. Beer – $7 for 300 ml.
Cons: smoke and poor ventilation, this is the main reason why I’m giving it 3 stars. We only spent 30 minutes there, but my clothes smelled of smoke as if I had been in a smoking room.

Rebecca was an outstanding bartender. During a busy spring break Saturday might, I never had to wait for a drink. She was also engaged with all of her customers. They have karaoke every night! Great find on the beach!

The staff (especially Rebecca!!!) treats you like family the moment you walk in, the drinks are strong and priced right (finally a bar that doesn’t rob you!), and the music/entertainment is always on point.
The regulars are friendly, the bartenders remember your order, and there’s a real “everyone is welcome” vibe that you just don’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re here to hang with friends, meet new people, catch live music, shoot pool, or just unwind after a long day—Donavon’s delivers EVERY TIME.

Last night at Donovan’s PCB Bar was one for the books! We had such an amazing time — the atmosphere was fun, laid-back, and full of great energy. The customer service was absolutely top-notch; every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was having a good time.
The karaoke was the highlight of the night — such a fun crowd, great song choices, and good vibes all around. It’s the kind of place where you walk in as a stranger and leave feeling like a regular.
Highly, highly recommend Donovan’s if you’re in Panama City Beach! We’ll definitely be back!

She can make literally any drink you ask for — and if they’re out of Twisted Tea, she’ll mix up something just as good (and maybe even a little more sinister ). Always a fun time when she’s behind the bar!

Top Rated Reviewer Absolute. Florida. If you’ve seen the show It’s Florida, Man, ️ this place could be a filming location. I went into the liquor store side only to see a frantic bartender banging on a glass side door, because guess who’s the bouncer at the bar? That’s right, the jacked ️ cashier at the liquor store. There was a customer in the bar threatening⚡ ⚠️ her and it was only 3pm, albeit on a Saturday. Yeah, we decided to get our margs at another bar. Welcome to Florida!

Donovan’s is always such a fun spot for a night out! The karaoke is a blast and the energy in the place makes it easy to just relax and enjoy yourself. Rebecca behind the bar is amazing—super friendly, quick, the best drinks, and makes everyone feel welcome. She really adds to the great vibe here. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for good drinks, good people, and a great time!

this place is great! I definitely recommend going on Thursdays through Sundays from 5 to 8 PM because they have live music. They are working on getting a kitchen, but the atmosphere and drinks are amazing. They always have karaoke after the live music every night. The DJ is awesome and so are their bartenders.
