Went today. Wife and I shared a hugs and kisses martini and each had a sweet tart shot. Appetizer was stuffed potato balls. She got the grilled chicken with bourbon glaze and baby parmesan potatoes with side salad. I got the lobster mac-n-cheese with garlic bread. It was all good. The stand out items were the hugs and kisses martini, the stuffed potato balls, and the lobster mac-n-cheese. One thing blew my mind… the garlic bread. That is hands down, the best garlic bread I’ve ever had in my life. I want to be able to buy a loafs worth of just the garlic bread lol wow

We have eaten there twice now. Both times the food was excellent. Extremely clean. The servers are very nice. They have such uniue burgers too. Pictured is the quesadilla burger with sweet potato fries and the Duke burger with bacon. Definitely very refreshing for our small town.

Stopped into Donny’s for dinner. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. Our servicer, Hannah, was attentive and extremely nice. She made some suggestions from the menu. We started off with the cheese curds for an appetizer and then we ordered a Donny Burger with fries and a Bacon Burger with cheese and fries. It was a tough call between the wings, burgers, or cheesesteaks. I love that the buns for our burgers were toasted. Toasted buns always amps up the burger for me. There are 7 large screen tv’s all around the restaurant. This makes it perfect for watching college football games, professional football games, hockey, baseball or any sport. The walls are decorated in OSU & Cleveland Browns artwork along with local HS football uniforms. There is a full bar that is nicely stocked. This is a great local family-owned business. I loved learning it is a women owned business. It is owned by 2 sisters. They offer carry out and dine in. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great local spot for some great bar food, salads, flatbreads, handheld sandwiches. They have a great kid menu as well.

We’ve been 3 times now. First time we left because we never got served after sitting for a 1/2 hour. Second time we left because they had a long wait (fair). Third time was early on a Saturday with extremely few patrons, and a couple to go orders we noticed. We waited an hour for our food. 4 tables that came in after us all got served prior to us. We all ordered burgers and the table behind us that came in after us mentioned how long they’ve waited and they were given an apology and told they were short staffed (or something to that effect.) there was no attempt to communicate or set expectations early on. There was no apology, no acknowledgement that we’d been waiting longest yet still not getting our food. All I expect is communication. The food was good, but def not waiting an hour for. I’ve never left a bad review but sheesh, this was kind of ridiculous.
