Not very clean and welcoming place, seats are covered with crayon and parts of the ceiling aren’t even finished, our waitress seemed pleasant at times, however we were overpriced for not adding meat in our breakfast burrito and we did not get everything we ordered, food is very cheap there however we waited way to long to finally get ours, the cooks were very loud, yelling loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. This place needs a thorough cleaning.
The food was average, the waitress was inefficient, lazy and bothered that I had to ask for silverware, butter, jelly, coffee creamer and a refill of coffee. This area does not have a lot of breakfast choices.
I would go without breakfast rather than go back and give them my business.

Food and prices were good but the service was very slow.
There was a large four day sale at the fairgrounds in town so the restaurant was probably extra busy but the management should have planned ahead.
Tables/chairs and floors were dirty and many tables were not bussed for our entire visit.
Carpet, wall coverings and other interior accessories worn and dated.

The ‘cozy’ is a little cafe that serves you a huge plate of food. Their food has always been fantastic. Whenever I am in Neillsville, I always eat there. They sell breakfast or supper all of the time. In fact, most people around the area are so use to eating bland food, their palettes can’t handle this tasty food. Place is a little run down, but don’t let that fool you, go their to eat, not see the sites.

If you want amazing home cooking, for little or nothing then you have picked the right place. The omelets are the best, and the roast beef and mashed potatoes are my favorite. … they are so great and will substitute anything…they even delivered to me and my wife when we were I’ll and got silverware from our kitchen and brought it to us.. great people!

I just LOVE Donnas. They have exellent service and amazingly low prices. The staff is always so friendly. Makes you feel like your around family and friends when you walk in the door.
