I go to plenty of Donna’s and this one is the worst when it comes to giving you WHAT YOU PAID FOR! One plate has much more than the other, oh and we paid EXTRA for oxtail gravy and got NO gravy. I have been here 3 times in the past week and have been let down 2 out of 3 of the times. Oh they also didn’t have ANY salad dressing (didn’t even offer ranch) or jerk sauce so my food is completely dry. Not to mention they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to speak to someone about this.

I tried this location again just because it was on my way home, hoping they got better. I ordered jerk chicken and they gave me a piece of fried chicken with my jerk chicken.

I’m EXTREMELY Dissatisfied! I order a jerk chicken with rice and peas and oxtail gravy. The chicken was HARRDDDD! I’m not sure if they are reusing old meat or not properly storing the chicken but this is unacceptable and you CAN GET PEOPLE SICKKK! I’ve visited before and had it fresh! So I know today you guys cut corners somehow! I completely WASTED MY MONEY and yuh better PRAY mi don’t sick! PLEASE DO BETTER! There are too many Donna’s locations for you guys to be ruining the consistency of the brand like this! Disgusting!!!!

This was my first visit to this establishment. I ordered food for my work shift, selecting the ded goat rice with peas and salad, as well as curry chicken with white rice, excluding the salad. I paid $18.00 for a lunch special. Unfortunately, I received dry rice without gravy, and my plate lacked salad. The portion size of the food on my plate was excessive. Given these issues, I would consider dining elsewhere in the future.

I don’t know what to say about the specific location, The one on commercial; I think this is my third or fourth time I went back and had to leave the line 1st of all where you order your food it does not work. You have to pull up to the first window. Then every time I go there they never have bulgur They’re always out so I just have to end up leaving the line.

Tried placing an order online and couldn’t. I called to place the order and the lady on the phone wouldn’t take my order. She said I had to go through door dash which I tried. Also tried through their website, but it said they were closed when in actuality they were opened. I called back twice and got no answer. And she was rude!

I visited this restaurant for breakfast, but unfortunately, they didn’t have liver or akee. I’ve tried my best to support Jamaican establishments and my community, but it’s become a constant struggle. They often don’t have the items you want, and it’s frustrating. For example, they only serve festival at certain times or sometimes not at all, and there have been times when they didn’t have rice and peas—really?
The main dish was disappointing, but what made it worse was the attitude of the staff. Am I supposed to feel grateful for service I’m paying for, especially when it’s consistently lacking and unprofessional?
Honestly, I’m done. If you’re offering a service, please provide quality and consistency. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify supporting this place anymore.

It’s an extra cost for cabbage and OXTAIL GRAVY is $1 extra. This place will never see me again. Apparently a new policy. They are robbing people. Soon lose all their customers
