I got the red pea soup and it was delicious. Just right amount of spices and salt.
Customer service was great. Friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but my server was patient and I didn’t feel rushed although I was the only customer. Most times people feel “bothered ” when a customer is indecisive.
Kuddos and keep it up. I definitely will be back.

I came to this location for dinner through the drive through. They didn’t have curry chicken which was a little annoying. I ordered fried chicken and brown stew chicken with plantains. They packed the bag and double knotted it at the top. That should have been an indication to me that something was wrong.
When I got home, I was so disappointed to see the dried up shriveled up peices of fried chicken crumbs in the container (pictured). I was also extremely disappointed that the plantains were burnt and dried out. I would much rather been told these items weren’t available than to have paid and recieved them in this condition.

I have this place many chances but unfortunately the service is worst, that lady operating business tonight had so much attitude on her face before you approach her. I left and went straight to Dutchpot next door to join a long line and Donna’s had only myself present. I’m positive they are not making numbers because of the service there.

Its food that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Other then that it looks like something a dog would eat if you feed them a lunch plate of bones. I got the brown stew chicken, it’s almost the same price at the dutch pot which is around the corner which I’d recommend to go to if you want good jamaican food and little to no bones. The only thing that was good was the rice it wasnt that bad. Ive attached a before and after picture of the “chicken” bones and mind you most of the bones were chicken back bones and wings with no meat. Can see how the size is the same with meat or without meat.

Tried Donna’s for the first time. The food was fresh and taste good. I like that it was not overly salty. They lose a star because they did not have a few of the menu items available. I bought the jerk chicken dinner.

3/31 I’m a vegetarian and I asked someone to get A simple take out order of rice and peas mac & cheese and cabbage and some gravy. And although I only live like five minutes away no part of the food was hot. After I put it in the microwave for a little bit I tried some of it. As you can see I had to cover it in ranch because the flavor of it was disgusting. What you take from my experience is on you but I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. Even though the attitude of most of the servers in Jamaica House Is just as bad as Donna’s food. Jamaica House is 10 times better next I’ll just put up with a bad attitude to get some good Jamaican food.

I love this location in Miami Gardens on 27th Avenue! No matter what time of day I go, I love that I’m always greeted cheerfully and with a smile. The food is always hot, freshly cooked and delicious!
