Breakfast is served 7 am to 11 am.
Unfortunately, they only offer indoor seating and the area next to the outdoor windows (arguably, the best tables) is blocked exclusively for airline crews staying at the hotel.
The pastries are very average, commercial mass produced ones.
The smoked salmon.on is salty and below average and the food variety is mediocre.
The coffee is far from great or aromatic.
The service is very friendly and accommodating.
Pasta sauce was creamy and flavorful, steak was perfectly seared medium rare.

During my stay in Miami Beach, I visited this restaurant for the breakfast buffet. Each dish was tasty, and the freshly made oversized omelet was especially satisfying!
However, for $38 per person, I felt that the breakfast buffet offered relatively few menu choices. Also, it’s a bit disappointing that on weekdays it only runs until 11 AM—I would have liked to enjoy it for a little longer.
I’m still daydreaming about my dinner at Donna Mare Italian Chophouse. Chef Luigi is, without exaggeration, the most talented and passionate chef I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching work his magic. The man is a true artist.
I stuck to my carnivore diet and ate only steak, salmon, shrimp, chicken, and mushrooms – and they made it all perfectly the way I asked! Every single dish that came out of his kitchen was flawless – bold, soulful Italian flavors executed with precision and love. From the moment the first bite hit my tongue, I knew this was some of the very best food I’ve ever had in Miami… and I’ve eaten at a LOT of places here.
The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, the salmon flaky and flavorful, the shrimp succulent, the chicken juicy, and even the mushrooms were elevated to something special. This isn’t just “good Italian” – this is next-level, destination-worthy dining that accommodates dietary needs without missing a beat.
And let’s talk about the service – our server Jorge was absolutely amazing! He was such a cool guy, super knowledgeable about the menu, and made the whole evening feel like we were hanging out with a friend. What really blew me away was learning about his charity work helping people with mental illness – the guy’s not just a fantastic server, he’s making a real difference in the world. Total respect!
