Driven by this for years and finally made the stop. Very impressed. Love the grill flavor of the chicken. The sauce is good but not overpowering and the chili crunch is a nice adder. As advertised, plenty of rice for leftovers. Service was friendly and online ordering was simple

A hidden gem for authentic Japanese rice bowls! The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. I tried their Traditional Katsu Don, and it was amazing — tender pork(but a little dry) cutlet simmered with egg and onion in a savory broth, served over warm rice. The curry side option is also a must-try if you love rich, comforting flavors. ✨

Service:
Ordering is super easy with their self-serve kiosk, and the staff are friendly, efficient, and always smiling. Everything came out quickly and beautifully presented.

️ Environment:
The restaurant has a cozy, casual vibe with clean brick walls and warm lighting — perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. You can even watch the chefs prepare your meal right from the counter.

Fantastic gem with great food, service and prices. Food is fresh, not overly “localized” for an American palette, and cooked well. Service is impeccable. Not a place for large groups. Seating is limited. Take out available.

The food was so good. It’s a small space, so we felt lucky to be able to find seating for the 6 of us, together. We got chirashi sushi, Poke bowls and unagi and beef bowls. Good quality sashimi. Yummy sauce options. They have reasonable prices too! (..compared to the really expensive places nearby.). I’d like to try more of their food! They had lots of other good looking options; katsu curry, miso soups, different types of gyoza, lots of different donburi

Food was great! I would go back again, but will watch out for a couple things…
It was the first time ordering the 50/50 mix… Half rice, half salad (really just iceberg lettuce). It would be nice if some more flavorful greens were provided, since they charge more for 50/50.
The only other concern was the kiosk. If your not careful you can order to-go accidentally. The kitchen gets overwhelmed when busy and you may not hear them call your name over the music and kitchen sounds, leaving you waiting for food that’s been bagged and sitting up front.
Still a great meal.

Had the best chirashi bowl for both flavor and price. Warmly greeted when we walked in, lot of good selection and very easy going atmosphere

This place is so good. They probably got one of the best spicy chicken teryaki’s in Seattle. Also you have to try the grilled beef ribs with chili oil it is one of my favorite things to eat now. It can be a bit pricy but it’s worth the price since they are using high quality ingredients. Highly recommend!

Delicious food! They were very busy with takeouts and customers dining in when our big group came in..

We placed and paid for our orders on the iPad. The food took awhile because everything was made to order and they were slammed at lunch time. Especially the teriyaki chicken bowl.
Presentation was beautiful and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Restaurant was small and only 3 people working there so I don’t suggest it for large groups.

Ordering through the app was easy. The vibe of the restaurant was really low-key and I was diggin it! My order was ready at the estimated time. I ordered the Volcano Don and overall it was tasty! Not as spicy as I would have liked, but the fish tasted fresh. The rice was cooked perfectly. The addition of cucumber slices gave a feeling of freshness that was very welcome to an already satisfying dish. (I regret eating the ball of wasabi all at once, but that’s on me.) the staff was quick and courteous.
