So usually I’m not the one to leave bad reviews only because I work in customer service as well. But for starters if you look on the receipt it says extra sauce. So I call back up to the store once I got home and seen that my pizza didn’t have extra sauce on it. The worker says to me I bet you $100 that your pizza does have sauce on it because he made it. First of all that’s not how you talk to a customer, so I hang up and go back to the store. The interaction that me and this employee had ways way out of character. But I’ve never had to argue with an employee because he didn’t make my order correctly.

The staff at this location are truly amazing! Someone broke into my car and the staff, Joey, Ayden and Their manager (I didn’t catch her name) swept out my car and taped up the window that was broken. I would 100% go back here again to actually purchase a pizza! 🙂

Not a bad review guy, and I’ve ordered from here both pickup & delivery many times, but tonight has been a truly embarrassing display of service. Ordered delivery, after 30+ minutes after quoted time I try calling the store (it’s a corporate automated system) and am finally connected to the store— am told it just got picked up and will be delivered soon. 30 minutes after THAT (full hour past delivery) I get a text that now DoorDash is delivering and it’ll be another 30 minutes. Try to call again to see what’s going on, the system gets me forwarded to the store and I’m promptly hung up on, a call back the operator at the forwarding service hangs up on me instead of transferring me (maybe an accident). Finally got the order cancelled, and this is the last time I’ll be ordering with this Donatos, there’s too many other pizza places nearby to deal with this kind of treatment.

I ordered pickup for 6:15 pm. Didn’t leave until 7 pm. I ordered a small meatlovers pizza and 5 chicken wings. I live 10 minutes away, and both had to be warmed up. All the employees there were confused, and all orders were all late coming out.

My company catered lunch from them for an all hands meeting. The pizzas all seemed very salty. Crust was extremely thin and cut in small rectangles. When we got to eating everything seemed colder and dryer, like no hot melting cheese. Didn’t enjoy it as much as say Monical’s or Marco’s.
