Was there at my specified time, my food was on the rack around said time, waited another 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Everyone saw me, but no one said hi asked if I could be helped anything. I was about 2 minute from just asking for a refund when a lady FINALLY asked if she could help me I asked about my order and she went over to food I saw sitting on the shelf for 20 minutes and proceeded to give me my food. Pizza was the worst pizza I ever tried. I ate 2 pizza and the rest was tossed. Cheese bread was good, and store was clean and well maintained. I guess there was 2 good things.

Top-notch service and food was picture perfect and tasted as good as it looked! Young man tending to the front of the store was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly which is so refreshing given the help at most anywhere else. Very small dining area but it was sparkling clean. Will definitely be back!

I am a doorDasher I went to this place to pick up an order. The staff was cool, but the guy who I can only assume is the manager older white male was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my entire life. straight up, refused to give me the order and made sly comments to me the whole time this guy deserves to be fired because his behavior was completely uncalled for I have no idea how this location stays in business with him as the manager. Will never go back.

Dalton was so kind and gave us great customer service today. My daughter was in town and loves Donatos, ever since she was a kid. They don’t have a Donatos in Houston where she lives so this was a great treat for her.

I order hot honey pizza a lot and I’m so over hearing how there’s a weight limit on how much I can get when im paying 2.30 something for extra and getting a plain ass pepperoni pizza. $22.88 for a hot honey pizza with extra hot honey all to receive a pepperoni pizza. If Yall can’t afford the hot honey quit offering it. Yes I added a picture because I’d love to know where Yall see honey at if not EXTRA.

Love their thin crust pizza!!! Also the pepperoni pizza has a layer of pepperoni the covers the entire pizza- that’s right, the ENTIRE pizza. The bread sticks are really good as well with the amazing marinara sauce. I also love that they cut it on smaller portions so you’re not commuted to a huge piece of pizza.

Service was really slow. The employees were having trouble keeping track of orders messing orders up giving people credit back very disorganized managers weren’t helping much. The store needs a lot of help. I did an online order. It told me 5 o’clock it’s 5:30 PM and I’m still waiting here very disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Will never go back. Placed carry out order at 615 pm on Friday 11/18. Was told pick up in 20 minutes. Arrived at 640 and front door was locked. Manager came to door and said drive thru only. Got in line 646. The line was wrapped completely around the building, approximately ten cars ahead of me. Waited AN HOUR in drive thru line to get a cold (the boxes were not even warm anymore) horribly burnt cheese pizza (I ordered pepperoni) – its not even edible, its burnt so bad (!!) and not even half filled cheese cups for my party order of breadsticks. I have been to this location so many times in the past and never had any issues. I want my money back! I will be calling corporate Monday. Calling the store leads to a callcenter. I will NEVER go back here and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time (over and hour) and money ($38) either. Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be on a performance improvement plan because closing the lobby and making people wait in drive thru for an hour for TERRIBLE food is UNACCEPTABLE.
