Terrible, awful, unprofessional. I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up there were 2 ladies doing everything but working. One was out of uniform half wearing her jacket. When I realized my sauces were missing for the 30 wings I ordered, I returned and was met by a NASTY lady. She approached the window with her phone on speaker and a loud obnoxious cursing voice coming from her blouse, completely unprofessional. I explained I forgot my sauces and was told I would need to pay them in order to receive anything. After waiting for over 10 minutes someone by the name of Renee or Rianna came
To the window threw the sauces at me. I asked her what the other lady’s name was and she REFUSED to provide it. I’ll NEVER order here again EVER! I sure hope the GM does a better job vetting their employees! Photographed is the woman who refused to give her name!

The shift leader aka manager at this location has me fuming. How do they let her talk to people like that? FIRE her already. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this place on the news. Going to rub the wrong person the wrong way, one of these days. I mean it is Lawrence.. I would expect no less. She didn’t give me her name and appears to be trending at this location.
Your breadsticks are good but not that good. Waiting for the next store to fill this location. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

I ordered a pizza and the delivery driver put the box on ground and it was open. I tried to contact a manager and couldn’t get in touch. I contacted the corporate office, I even did a survey. I didn’t end up eating the pizza. That’s so unsanitary and disappointing. I would prefer a reorder or refund

Me: never mind I’ll be in the morning to speak to the GM . What time will she be here ?

Ordered pizza here to find hair on my food as I am taking a bite out of it. Called the store back and asked to speak with the manager. The night manager worked on 12/19/2023told me “you’re cutting into my closing time what do you want me to do about it?”. The most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She hung up on me because I told her I needed refunded for my order due to the following… My order was delivered by doordash and he dropped it on my front porch in front of me and just looked at me. The order was missing a drink, the cheese for the breadsticks, and the sour cream for the mariachi pizza. She wanted to offer me a credit for my breadsticks towards my next order. I will NEVER order from them again!!! The right thing to do in management is to refund an entire order when it is this poorly handled. I really hope Donato’s upper management reads these reviews and course corrects because this a poor way to run a business and to have a manager that has no coping skills to fix customers issues and to refund their money for items they never received.
