Please tell me why it’s okay for people to straight up lie to customers here? We placed a $60 order on 2/15/26 that included a nearly $10 salad (they aren’t that good from experience, but whatever). The order was delivered but the salad was missing. Cool, fine, things happen. I called the store on 2/16 and asked for a refund on it. The girl who answered assured me she refunded the salad back to my credit card. I even asked and made sure the amount would go to the card and she said yes. A few days pass and I don’t see a credit back to my card. Tell me why I just got off the line with another guy at the store who bluntly told me she lied to me because they don’t have the capability to refund back to the card. They can only issue store credit. And that that entire conversation with the girl wasn’t recorded. Had I not called back questioning it, Donato’s would have just eaten that $10 after having lied to me. Dude said he gave me credit, but how am I supposed to know? You can have that money, Donato’s. You lost a customer tonight. Look me up in your system, I’ve placed a bunch of orders in the past. But I draw the line at being outright lied to.

Ordered a large pepperoni thin crust pizza. $19.39 And some Asiago cheese bread. $8.39 DoorDash delivered our order. The pizza arrived fresh, hot and delicious. We always enjoy a pepperoni pizza here, best thing on the menu. There some seating here if you choose to eat in, we prefer to eat at home.

Do not pick up from here as a door dash driver the lady working behind the counter would rather joke around in the back than give you your order. Then she goes back gets the order and leaves it there for 10 minuets and prepares other orders when she knows a driver is waiting for the order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Excellent food, excellent quality, but sometimes it takes time to prepare the order, which is understandable, but it is not incomprehensible that it takes more than 30 minutes.

I did doordash with my son and I was waiting a long time on a order asked if I could use the restroom and the older guy called a lady from the back and asked if doordash people can use the restroom. They looked at me and looked at each other and he told her no. Not to me but he told her to tell me no and we were all there together. Not like we were not standing all in the same place and room. It was very rude for them to look me up and down and then say no.

It was a good experience. My husband and I both worked there and that’s how we met 11 years ago. However, they remodeled the dining area and restrooms. It looks so good in there. The food was still great and not to mention, dontaos still has the best cheese sauce hands down

The staff almost forgot our breadsticks when we picked up our order. The breadsticks and one of the pizzas was over cooked and didn’t even have all of the toppings. I used to love Donatos but this experience was really disappointing.

My pizza and salad were delicious but it seemed only one employee was running the whole place by herself when I came in for lunch. I was thrilled to find out they offer gf crust options, but the woman working was not super helpful in describing the differences in crust sizes for the gf options. When I went to leave I accidentally spilled my ice water. I tried to go to the counter to get her attention but I could not see her or find her.
