Whoever was working the drive-thru on 02/28/2026 around 8:15 pm did a bad job. I ordered a single topping pizza and was told it would take 10 minutes. She asked me to park and said someone would bring it out to my car. I waited 30 minutes. No one came. No update. Nothing. I finally drove back to the window and she handed me the pizza right away with a smile. So it was probably ready way earlier and nobody bothered to bring it out.

Did the automated call and it repeated back to me and what the AI said to me about my order was right. When I got my pizza and breadsticks it was totally wrong. I spent over $50 and when I told whoever answered the phone it was all wrong she just said so sorry that happened. Didnt offer any coupons or do you want us to send another order or take some off or give a refund. Last time I ordered from here my order was 2 hours late and I at least got some coupons then. I will not order from them anymore.

We’ve had Donatos before and it was really good, so I thought I’d try it again…
It is not good this time AT ALL, the edges of the crust are all burned, I got a dessert thing and that looks extremely burned.
I’m not sure who cut the one pizza but I think maybe they’re blind? I’ve got a rectangle piece, a huge piece, a tiny little baby piece, a piece with no point at the end… ♀️
This is more preference, but the sauce is really sweet and does not taste good at all. I was also missing some toppings on one of them. I paid almost $70 for 2 pizzas and a small dessert, and I’m missing ingredients, have burned crust and an inedible dessert
Definitely won’t be going here again.

Food was worth 3stars made correctly. Center of pizza not cooked all the way through, young man that took our order was obviously new . I do understand that we all had to learn. His zipper was down all the way and the music coming from cook area was so loud that we had a hard time talking with the young man. I did listen to slayer when I was young but would never have played it in place of business with customers. Seems that this is the time we live in . No customer service. No care of quality work.

I called ahead and asked them to please make sure that my order would be right because although simple at other locations they mess it up. She assured me she would go to the back and check it to make sure it was right. I waited 2 hours for burnt cheese bread, my pizza was made incorrectly including the extra sauce not being underneath like requested. Not have a cheese sauce I paid for and after a hour in a half I asked her where is the order because it’s way over the time I was given in my email. She said he’s leaving out now. I didn’t see them for another 40 mins and I only live 900ft away. Never again!

Completely blown away with how people treat folks these days . No respect for anyone ! Be careful going here. I walk in today at 2 o’clock after sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes, asked for my order and she said her tickets were not printing out that it would be about six minutes. I said OK and sat down. The manager marry is her name the other guy told me cause she would not ,comes storming out from the kitchen and says if you’re gonna speak to my employee like that you can leave? I walked in and said I have a pick up order and OK multiple customers in the lobby trying to stand up for me and she continues to yell at me . So unprofessional it’s not even funny. We think the young lady went back and lied to her boss .. Every customer sitting down is vouching for me at the counter. Completely insane service today .

This is the 1st time (outside of Chinese food, Chinese food always gets EVERYTHING right) I’ve had my WHOLE entire order correct & good. Since b4 covid no one cares about our food, quality of our food, & on time. I wanted just one place, JUST ONE, to have my order correct & Worthsville Donatos did exactly that tonight & on a busy night. Delivery was prompt as they stated, food was hot, everything I ordered & tasted just as good. TY Donatos employees, you did a great job. Only 1 issue I ordered the Italian chef salad & ONLY had 1 pepperoni, 1 Banana pepper, & tons of black olives. This should be fixed.
