Food was not good. There was nothing special to it and it was lacking flavor. Got shorted a wing and the pizza had a very long hair in a corner that was in 4 slices of the pizza. Service was fine not friendly nor dismissive just average. The inside is weird there was a ladder in the middle of the joint and it looks run down. Not going to come back

Excellent service! We were well greeted upon our arrival. Breadsticks were nice and hot and the marinara sauce was served hot as well. We also got asiago cheese sticks. They were freshly baked and very tasty. Employees were very friendly. We ate in. They have about 5 tables, enough to seat about 20 people. Pizza was delicious just like I remember. Brownies were very rich with dark chocolate chips and very good. Thank you so much Donatos for a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!

Dell was the best! I always order the same thing when I go to Donatos, but work transferred me to a new location, so I had to find a new Donatos. Not sure what Dell did differently, but my goodness was it awesome! She even checked me out, friendly as could be, and she definitely earned my business. Thank you Dell, for doing an excellent job and making the best chicken bacon and ranch sub I’ve ever had!

Unfortunately the pizza was very soggy. I asked for light sauce and I got extra sauce. I asked for extra cheese there was more sauce than cheese. Ruined a whole meal. I was looking forward to a crispy pizza. I could only taste sauce I can barely taste the pepperoni mushroom and black olives which I can barely see. I feel like I was in the Twilight Zone somebody was pranking me I don’t understand how it could be so bad.

Shout out to Josh at the Olio road Donatos for tip notch customer service!! Called and ordered half cheese/half pepperoni, but it was AI taking the order. AI read it back correctly, but when it rang up in their system it was only pepperoni. Josh made things right and got us a cheese pizza for our picky kiddos! Thanks for saving the day Josh!

This is the second time I have ordered from here, and both times it has gotten delivered 40mins to an hour late that my pizza is cold.. Both times i called to check on the order once it was already 30mins late for them to say both times “they just left with it”. Sucks because they have good pizza and decent prices but the service quality isn’t there..

every time i order a large pep it’s hot, crispy and filled with toppings. the breadsticks never fail. i love the consistency in product and the friendliness of the staff. clean store, only one with a fountain machine. will always be my favorite
