All I ordered was a half order of cheese bread and the cinnamon sticks. I got it delivered and the delivery guy was great. But all of my food was burnt. Not so good when all you taste is burnt dough. If it comes out burnt just re-make it. It’s so irritating to crave something and then pay 16$ for it, tip the driver and then open it up for it to be burnt and not enjoyable. Thanks Donatos

We ordered 2 subs and a salad. Didn’t realize till the delivery guy left that the salad and dressing was missing. Delivery driver was very polite. Called the store 5 times in a row and no one answered. It would be different if we didnt pay for it but the fact that we paid cash and didnt receive. No apology or anything

Ordered through doordash so thankfully they refunded me for the burnt item. The breadsticks were completely burned. Can’t believe they send them out looking like that. Quality control at this place is terrible.

Horrible experience today!! We frequent our local Donatos. Tonight was ridiculous was told my pizza would be ready at 7:50 p.m. I was right on time as I was picking it up. The girl told me oh I don’t think that’s in yet I am thinking perfect it will be hot and fresh I paid then I sat on the bench right in front of the register my pizza was up for almost 20 minutes people came in after me got theirs. I then observed and mentally noted the girl who had her back to me with the blue gloves on touching her face, hair and even pulled her ear bud out her ear and put it in back in then picked a song on her phone and didn’t take her glove off I wasn’t going to say anything but after I sat there 15 minutes I finally interrupted her jam session knowing that was my pizza that had been up almost 20 minutes at this point I thought surely she didn’t forget that I just paid the cash for my order and am literally sitting right in front of their register so I look at the time realize it’s 8:16 her to ask if that was pizza sitting right in the window it was and had been sitting there almost 20 minutes. Manager was standing there doing nothing. And to make it worse she said “They were slow” and got it home after confirming several times the order was going to be made right for it to be wrong. Tried to call to get it replaced called the store directly and they didn’t want to answer. Call center noted it. I will be calling corporate and the gm in the morning. I work hard for my money and everything about this order tonight. Time and money wasted. Pics posted for proof and it was suppose to be half marachi beef and half with just the marachi chicken no tomato’s or jalapeños. The girl also forgot my sour cream which I asked for. I didn’t even want the pizza remade tonight after watching her touch her face and stuff with her gloves on which she finally acknowledged me and handed me the pizza she still had them on to cut and box someone else’s food. Gross . Disappointing. And not the service we are use to.

We placed a delivery order on Sunday 12/14. Our delivery driver was an old man with a grey beard. Our order total was $90 and we paid with 2 50 dollar bills and planned to tip the delivery driver with cash set aside prior. We ultimately chose not to due to this man’s awful manners and behavior. Firstly when we paid with the 2 50 dollar bills he asked us how much change we wanted back to which we told him the change for the rest of the 2 50s since we had a tip set aside prior. The old man then had an almost immediate mood change and became borderline aggressive. He asked us “no tip? Seriously?” Practically demanding one from us. Then when he was giving us our change for the payment he was aggressively digging in his pocket for cash and then basically threw his arm at us when giving us our change. We will not be ordering delivery again from this restaurant. This old man’s behavior as a delivery driver is absolutely unacceptable and is appalling to encounter as a customer. Thankfully the food was made well and we have no complaints about that, however, the delivery driver majorly impacted the experience. A man like that should not be delivering food especially after treating customers like this. This is a horrible face for the company and we cannot and will not risk having him come back to our home to deliver again. We have never had a service experience as awful as the one he has given us. Please do something about him because he cannot be delivering food whilst acting so disrespectful towards us like this. We will order again but never delivery because of that man.

I was pleasantly surprised that the Owner/ Mgr kindly replied to my limited review. It seems I underestimated their concern for customer service & satisfaction. I will need to reconsider my rushed judgment & retry their offerings

Worst pizza ever from a Donatos!!!
Customer in front of me commented her toppings weren’t covering her entire pizza…I should’ve checked.
Got home and mine looked horrible. Ordered extra mushrooms and literally had them on maybe 1/4 of mine. It was burnt, other toppings were just here and there and it looked like they’d tried a “Hail Mary” pass getting it into the box.
No wonder they’re never busy.
Oh, gave the kid waiting on me a tip and he didn’t even say “thank you.”

My wife placed an order a couple weeks ago for pick up and we came in with our daughter to pick up the order. There was only 2 other people in the store who had already been helped and they were waiting on their orders. After about a minute an older man, maybe late 60s to 70s, came to the counter and had asked what we were there to pick up. The man had no teeth and was standing about 2 or 3 feet away from me across the counter and I was able to smell his abhorrent breath from where I was standing. He made the situation very uncomfortable for both me and my wife. We ended up not even eating the pizza because we were worried if he had made it. I’m not sure if that employee was on drugs or not because the way he was acting and walking around was very off-putting. After a few more minutes a younger man in a polo shirt who we had seen running around the kitchen prior had come up to the counter and helped ring out the order. He was polite and even apologized for the wait but that couldn’t make up for my interaction with the older man. We would definitely come back if we knew that the older man wasn’t working. He ruined the overall experience for us and we ended up eating elsewhere. I honestly do not believe that the older man should be employed by this establishment.

Stopped in for lunch. Got a small pepperoni pizza, and it was good. I can’t put my finger on it, but there’s something different from other pizza joints. From Chicago, it is hard for me to enjoy pizza elsewhere. Online ordering site eas easy to use and was met with friendly staff! Recommended this location

First off the Mobile App, Website, and phone AI are terrible and full of bugs. Kept telling me it could not match my address and would only offer a different street name. I could not choose the $5 meal adds deal because nothing would ever come up. When i asked to be transferred to the store directly, it just rang many times and then hung up!
