I should have looked in the box before I left the store tonight. Completely burnt. Picture is a pepperoni pizza. Definitely not what it is supposed to look like. The cheese pizza was also burnt and looked similar. I don’t understand why anyone would think this was acceptable to box up.

Our first order was last week with a scheduled pick-up. That did not go as planned and the food was just being put in the oven when we arrived. We called to comment and were given a store credit. Unfortunately, that credit does not show up with a web order. I called the store and the employee who answered, Daniel Price, was incredibly helpful. He was able to take my order and apply that credit. Must say, the food is great even if some service can be a bit off at times. Will definitely order again.

I dined in Donatos just earlier in the day.
It had been probably almost a couple of months since my last visit, but I enjoyed both occasions. The staff is always very friendly, and the service is fast. The food itself – always delicious.
I’ll give a shout out to one of the employees there – A Manager named Tiffany, who I’d never met before this afternoon, but she was very friendly, and got my order ready very quickly, even though she was the only member of the staff working in the store.

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on the app, they deliver the wrong ones. Driver takes them back and marks the order complete. I call the store twice, no one picks up. Wait 10 minutes and call and the lady (manager) says oh we got busy and forgot about it – not what I wanted to hear. I waited 30 more minutes, no pizza, so I drive there and ask where is my pizza. She acknowledged the issue, blamed the delivery driver, and denied saying she forgot about my pizzas. She told me it is out for delivery, but I since drove home, kids crying because pizza night ruined, feed them and still no pizza as I type this 2.5 hours after ordering.

We used the party room for my nieces first birthday. The food and atmosphere were on point. It was the best donatos experience Ive had by far. The service wasn’t bad, there was just very little interaction. And they didnt check up on the party at any point. But perhaps that is what they train them to do. To give privacy. The photos provides are of the party room. Its very nice but its not as big as I’d hope for.

Ordered delivery for pizza and salad. Pizza was delivered on time. Salad was not. Driver said he forgot it and will bring it back. Tried calling about 30 min. later and could not get through using the number given by the app. Tried calling closest location since it’s impossible to identify location that handled actual order. Person who answered was very disinterested in helping me resolve this issue. Had to call around to several different stores before someone was actually helpful. Finally got this location to answer their phone. After making us hold for 20 minutes, argued about refunding us for the price of salad. Finally relented. Such an irritating experience just for a $10 salad.

I ordered pizzas for takeout, got home and realized that my order was incorrectly prepared. I went back to the store and the Donatos staff members were very professional and made sure I was taken care of. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s about how you respond to those mistakes. Your pizzas and customer service are great!

Unbelievable pizza, wow ! Pepperoni from edge to edge, nothing but goodness. Crust is perfectly crispalicious. This is one of the best pepperoni pies I have ever had. 5 stars!

Amazingly friendly staff and management team. The food quality is exceptional with great tasting flavors. Prices are very reasonable for quantity and quality served. I had an amazingly great tasting salad this visit and plan to return again soon for another fine selection of their menu.
