Usually hits the mark, customer service can be hit or miss when calling in but any complaints typically get resolved in a timely fashion. Definitely have the best experiences in the afternoon into mid evening issues arise later on after 8-9.

My family has been longtime Donatos customers, but this will be our last order. The employee who answered the phone, Erica, was extremely rude to my grandmother, repeatedly cut her off, and ultimately hung up on her. That level of disrespect is unacceptable!!! Especially over a simple pizza order. I truly hope better customer service training is provided. There was no justification for ending the call that way. Corporate will be contacted. Based on recent Google and Yelp reviews, it’s clear we’re not the only ones who’ve had a horrible experience. Do better.

Twice now I’ve had issues with this location, the first time I’d ordered the Mike’s Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, the description online says, “a little spicy”, my pizza was covered in red pepper flakes to the point of being inedible. I called and talked to a manager, he said he’d replace my order but wouldn’t be available later that day and he would let the next manager on duty know. When I arrived to return the remainder of my extremely spicy pizza the man at the window gave my fiance, driving the car, a hard time, and refused to replace my order so he said we’d call corporate and we left. After talking with corporate and them talking with the store I was informed that a credit would be under my phone number, awesome! Issue resolved, only when I used my credit today the pizza I received was cold. The lady at the drive thru window was unfriendly and I could tell when I grabbed the pizza it wasn’t hot enough and was reaffirmed when I’d began eating the pizza. When I contacted the store I was told that, “if I returned 100% of the pizza I could have my order remade.” I find that absurd and my fiance in the backround expressed the same thing, the man on the phone proceeded to tell me he didn’t like the talking in the background and began arguing aggressively with my fiance in the background. Not only has the quality of the food I’ve received been poor but so is the customer service. I will not be returning to this location again.

Ordered a large pizza around 9:30 and nothing came for an hour so I called back the store to check status and no answer. The store closed at 11pm and I didn’t get any update about my order. Second time this has happened. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Won’t order again

Pizza was a little overdone and could use more cheese. Employee at pickup window was pleasant. Odd location, kind of just right nex5 to an intersection. It was under $20 for a large with 5 toppings. I ordered The Works but subbed out onion for black olives, which was done correctly. Would return.

I don’t understand how this place stays in business. Probably because I keep swearing them off and going back for more frustration. They were not able to deliver a two topping pizza without leaving one of two toppings off. When I called to get it fixed, I was asked to bring it back. When I said no, I was put on hold for 8 minutes before I hung up and called back, only to get put on hold again because the manager was “too busy”. I was told it would be 2 hours to deliver a new one and i got a “store credit” for the pizza. The franchise owners really need to evaluate this place.

Pizza delivery was later than specified delivery time. Manager had poor customer service skills. Driver that made delivery was on only driver all day. Manager could have mentioned that when called.
